I really, really dislike the character of Ju Won. He is such a hypocrite, and I don't understand why I don't connect with him more. He's just like the second male leads of "Temperature of Love" and "Welcome to Samdalri," pining after his friend's girlfriend. How can you continue to like a girl after being rejected and knowing she is your friend's girlfriend? Even his acting was monotone, lacking variation in emotions. A much superior actor would have at least made us emotionally connect with him, just as the actors portraying the Jung siblings did. Despite Ju Won being a more sympathetically written character, I found myself connecting with them more.
Eps 13 and 14 (but probably wouldn't describe it as "lovey dovey". Sweet interactions maybe
I haven't watched any other Xianxia dramas other than "The Legend of Shen Li" because I find them too sad and angsty without many happy scenes. So, these dramas will be new experiences for me. Thanks for the recommendations. I will watch them next after finishing the drama I am currently watching.

Did you mean that the couples in the drama you mentioned get together early? Also, do they have good kissing scenes and chemistry? I have both dramas on my watch list and will decide whether to watch them based on your answer.
Must be supposition from grans part to break them up. Ina is Gwi Joo's child or else how could she habe inherited…
Yes, I understand that Ina is Gwi Ju's child, and I believe that even if Se Yeon was cheating, it would have been after Ina was born when Gwi Ju started becoming depressed, thinking of the past due to the fire accident. I was asking for confirmation regarding her cheating when Grandma told Gwi Ju that Se Yeon was cheating on him in episode 1.
I don't know what the child actors eat in Korea, but every child actor I have seen has terrific acting skills. Park So-yi did such brilliant acting in this drama, and even Moon Woo-jin, in his limited screentime, did a good job.
What do you think, guys? Is this drama worth watching? I loved The Legend of Shenli, as it was my first and only xianxia drama since I steer away from them due to the lingering heartache and sadness they cause. Usually, xianxia dramas have sad and last-minute open endings that don't make sense. So, do you think I should watch it?
I don't know why you guys are even shipping Grace and Dong Hee when she tried to kill her, even if it was accidental,…
Just as you are trying to counter-argue my opinion, I was similarly trying to counter-argue some opinions regarding the shipping of Grace and Dong Hee. If I were being judgey, I wouldn't have acknowledged it as a personal issue and would have used more logical arguments to counter your point. I agree that not all opinions have to be shared, but MDL is a platform where people share their thoughts and opinions regarding dramas. So, when I see something I don't connect with, I justifiably try to counter-argue it.
