I need a compilation of TY's gazes starting from their initial days . That look of contempt changing into love and devotion 🥺. Neo has the prettiest eyes i have seen in a male actor in cdramaland. So expressive. His baby dragon days big eyes scenes lives rent free in my mind
By the end of month they will post all eps on their youtube channel, what's the point to see it on Netflix 😂
Netflix brings more exposure. Youku 's main channel has like 4M subs in yt. Meanwhile Netflix has so many users worldwide and people are very interested in East Asian dramas
I remember starting Arsenal military academy a couple of weeks ago while waiting for huxin episodes during weekend. The first few episodes I watched were very interesting. The drama has a lot of hype and i can see why. Although the main leads had decent chemistry. Sadly , i kind of started liking the second fl more with the ml and second ml more with the fl. Damn huxin really made me further intolerant to love triangles. So i am not getting enough motivation to continue it .
To some people saying this drama doesn't have that depth or angst . Pretty sure future viewers won't think that way. Every stab scene or every death /near death experience would leave a scar on the audience because they prob haven't watched the spoilers .
After cdramas I stopped watch kdramas, its only my opinion but i cant watch them all time scream at each other,…
I prefer modern kdramas over cdramas. The latter one tends to be dragged , too much cliche and i get bored pretty soon. And the acting is not so good. I specially hate it how basically in every modern cdrama there will be this guy who is super handsome , good at everything and will have cheerleaders fawning over him. It's the same trope everywhere. But i love the costume dramas. Their sets , attire , over all style and the world building is so unique. I prefer them over historical kdramas nowadays which have become pretty stale with the same court politics bs
Idk why it doesn't happen with kdramas but maybe cause there are so many cdramas produced everywhere. I am kind of ashamed to admit that the first thing which makes me wants to watch a cdrama is the visuals. Like if i find the leads pretty only then i would bother to check it out 🙈(although there are few exceptions). It's the number one priority for me.
That's the same reason why i started watching huxin. Randomly stumbled upon a clip of them and found the leads to be such an eye candy. Luckily it was the day huxin premiered. I totally went in without having any expectations and lo and behold it became my all time favourite xianxia. Sometimes we might need to judge a book by it's cover 😜.
There is no plot of it in the show i guess the secret was she has hu xin with her and is to find tian yao and…
I guess they meant the huxin inside her body. Even in the source material there wasn't any extensive information about her background, except that she was actually a very good student (unlike how it is shown in the drama)
The story & relationship between Yan Hui & her master Ling Xiao was one of the best things about this, which emptied…
You are not alone. The number of times i cried over them was probably more than ty and yh🤧. Such a pure bond they have. I am glad they didn't make it awkward in the drama by letting yh have a crush on him as it was in the novel. He was a father figure for her
To think that yh was abandoned yet she ended up making so many friends throughout her journey makes me year up. Met xiang ge 3 years ago in yongzhou and became her bestie, Then came across the love of her life in Tonglu village after getting kicked out. In yongzhou got introduced to BXS and Feng. In their next adventure met Xiaoyan in the misty forest . And finally Zhuli whole crossing the obsidian river. Ah pufang too, how easily she got close with her. This was not only a journey abt TY finding out his body parts but also her development as a character who wanted to live her life lazily without sharing any burden but ended up saving the world when everyone lost hope.

Being an actor is not for the faint hearted ones 🙈
