thank you for your comment to let me know i can drop this.... im on episode 3 and thought, "oh great I bet they're…
The rest of the plot didn't even make sense so I can't even tell you to at least watch for the plot lol She goes from doubting him to believing him to doubting him again but it's only when she 100% believes him that he flirts a lot with her and that's where she start to feel attraction for him. At first I thought she was unconfortable (because she looks like it) with his flirting and proximity because of the way he was acting, considering he's her little brother, but later she's admits it was because she was seeing him as a "man" and not her "brother" so she is relieved to learn he's an imposter lmaoo
I find it cringy, annoying yet funny when I get to some page discussion on this drama, even this page and I hear…
You rated it 8.5/10 when the writing of the love story was bad, some of the intrigues not resolved, the pace ok at best and the ending rushed. I wouldn't criticize people's media literacy and call their opinion "pathetic" if I was you.
what was that ? Second part of the show was atrocious lmao FL falls in love with the man she thinks is her brother but oh thank god, it's not really him so thats ok I guess? they handled that so badly, it was too rushed, not elaborated well enough, they just tried to force it down our throat in a couple of episodes, I couldn't root for them. Like, she wasn't even mad at the lie when it literally led to everyone stopping the search for her real brother. The reveal about his whereabouts felt flat, the resolving of everything felt flat, too many plotholes, not enough explanations, weird pacing
tbh for their mother this is tough love. Her sons need to establish business on their own in whatever way they…
Nobody does that at the cost of the company's reputation and stock prices without the CEO throwing a fit, even if her sons, if it affects the company then you're not worth it. It's lazy writing
The scene in the first episode in front of the "abalone" place where ML gets out of his car is a HEADACHE! Why did they film that scene on both side of the car ? When ML is on camera they are on the left side and when the abalone man is on, they're on the lft side.
Edit: what a dumb plot lmao. So the CEO's son created a fake situation that led the company's stock prices to plumet just to mess with his brother, and when the brother snitched, her reaction is "who cares about playing dirty, what matters is winning" ???? Your son made your company's stock prices go dooooown and you don't care ?? as the ceo ? Please.
Not as good as season 1. Everything felt too sensationnal compared to season 1. Also rushed for some reason. NBJ's actor was spectacular and considering how they show how good of a fighter he is, I think it was logical that they would fight dirty to take him out. He was too good. They tried to criple him and then cry when he dies, that's funny. Baku isn't really smart, how didn't he think about the consequences of the union breaking apart when NBJ runs for a gang. He was bound to get killed.
It's easy one of the best filmed kdrama that I've seen. Never doubt IU when it comes to pick good projects. The sneak peeks of scenes from later episodes in the earlier episodes were so well handled. They show you a scene, your forget about it and then later on you get the full scene and story behind it. When you give good writers the means to do something good without the pressure of the public's opinion, guess what, you actually get a good show with a good ending.
We only know our parents as our parents and often forget that they are people just like us who had dreams and hopes. It's unfair that we don't get to know them as the people they once were before they were mom and dad.. I hope that parents watching this can also understand how much we as children also worry about them.
The show gave us two couple as exemple of what money is without love and what love is without money. One was definitely richer than the other. For all their trouble, Ae Sun and Gwan Sik had the chance to find their soulmate and spend their whole life with them. They had love when so many around them never did. And for all their need of money growing poor and all, their children still chose love over money.
I don't think I can praise the cast enough for the incredible work they did. Some people really are born to be stars. The older cast was so good that I didn't even miss IU or PBG. Casting director really outdid him/her-self
ML looks waaay too young for his role, he's not credible. I get the comedy part but you don'nt have to make a parody of the FL to make her appear strong. No way could she still be employed treating her superiors like that, especially not in SK. Anyway.
But when male actors are accused of sexual misconduct/assault, it's all good there to keep casting them and working with them... the double standard is killing women
lol
