I don't want to be pessimistic but I have no clue how JCY is going to pull this off. It's very easy for a character like this one to be annoying and cringey but TSY in the original pulled it off because she's great at these kinds of characters. JCY is very beautiful but I've never seen any acting of hers to be particularly impressive. I'm not trying to pit these two against each other, but I feel like someone like Kim Hyeyoon who's played childish silly characters but still had depth in the past might have been better suited. I hope JCY proves me wrong, because her character is the glue and center of the story. Yes, the boys are important but I think their characters are easy to like and not as difficult to portray (The SML was fantastic in the original though, such a good actor objectively). I love Go Ahead so so much so I hope they manage to pull it off. I don't have super high hopes though because the korean remakes of Someday or One Day and A Love So Beautiful were both so painfully disappointing.

Is there a schedule out? Do we know when it will be finished airing? I'm avoiding all spoilers so if someone has answered this in a comment or it's been posted before I've definitely missed it

I say that because micro acting is bullshit and something people typically say to defend someone who can't act well. Real good actors never need people to defend them by saying they're good at "micro acting," everyone just can just tell that they're good actors.

The trailer was so elegant and magical. I'm not a huge YY fan nor am I usually a big fan of male centric dramas but the trailer was so alluring, I hope this turns out to be a good one.

I don't think she's typecast, I think the roles available to her are limited because she's so young. With the maid roles she's able to have a decent amount of screentime while also being age appropriate and not too demanding of roles for a young actress. In a couple of years she'll certainly be in high demand for all kinds of projects

Happy for some characters and not others. The leads are alive and together in the end however, they don't explain a lot of things.

What a bogus ass ending. I really liked the drama as a whole though, definitely worth watching at least once. My favorite interactions were Changge with Zhu Yan, Sima Lang with Su Yunluo, and Shen Manqing with Changge. I wish there was more time to delve into these friendships because the few moments we got were quite special.

You cannot be seriously saying ZLS only has a pretty face yet at the same time be saying that Dylan Wang can act well. Like please say sike
