"Park Seo Joon will reportedly film with Brie Larson, Monica Rambo, and Camila Khan."
Did this sentence really happen? Pinches herself. Yep it did. :(
Advice: don't just blindly translate something from Korean sites. Do the check up. Translations are bad anyway, that's why they sound so stilted. I wished this site and Soompi weren't translating literally but kept the context and changed the wording to sound like a news. I didn't want to rag on it before but today gave me a good reason
The problem: Monica Rambeau (not Rambo) and Kamala Khan (not Camila) are CHARACTERS. They are not ACTRESSES. So it's very offensive to address actresses Teyonah Parris and Iman Vellani by their character names (which were still spelled wrongly as in "I couldn't care less") but address Brie Larson by her own name, not as character Carol Danvers (which would be offensive too).
he fired warning shots. you could clearly see he didn't aim in their direction but to the side of where they grouped…
I'm saying that if a drama didn't want anyone to die or even be badly injured by a bullied defector's hand, they won't suddenly use a mid credits scene to imply tragic turn of events. So no, they were not sprayed with bullets because that fits in the context. The drama flirted with bullied soldier is this close to killing someone including people who are trying to help (see the car crash) but never went there. They didn't go there in mid credits either.
Hahaha so funny. Kinda agreed. His face is like that in whatever dramas he act. Don't know how some said his acting…
his acting is always the same, IMO. it's just that it works in some context (Sweet Home) and it doesn't in a different context (Love Alarm, Navillera, Nevertheless).
he fired warning shots. you could clearly see he didn't aim in their direction but to the side of where they grouped…
that still doesn't fit in the drama that actively avoided to show homicide. we even had ridiculousness like when the last deserter bashed the MP guy's head with a helmet repeatedly, only for the victim to turn out fairly OK with just bruises and swelling. Then we had the bus run over a guy and leave him in a pool of blood...only for him to turn out OK. Then everyone survived the car crash thanks to safety pillow. Then we had the guy point the gun at various people while surrounding SWAT with the order to shoot did nothing. Then the guy with the gun tried to kill himself, but apparently he is alive and his condition is not disclosed to the public (you bet he's fine cause this is a drama where you bleed buckets and turn out fine). So tell me, why am I supposed to believe that a drama that actively avoided to show a homicide is going to imply a mass homicide in a mid credit scene that some people actually missed while others giggled? It wasn't a homicide. He made them poop their pants but that's it. Context is everything. Drama pulled a lot of punches with making too many characters who shouldn't have been OK, OK after all.
he fired warning shots. you could clearly see he didn't aim in their direction but to the side of where they grouped…
I know about the incident. I'm just saying that where they stood and where his aimed the gun didn't line up at all and it looked like he fired past them but not at them on purpose. LIke ha ha poop your pants.
he fired warning shots. you could clearly see he didn't aim in their direction but to the side of where they grouped…
like I said he didn't aim in their direction which is either intentional or the director's mistake. there's absolutely no way his machine gun bursts hit anyone from that angle/direction. You could see his rifle move away from where they stood the moment he pulled the trigger.
I would like to watch a second season, but I don't think it will be for two things:1) In the end, Ahn Joon Ho…
Luffy didn't fire in the unit's direction but to their side, more like warning shot. you can see it really well. they did not stand in the direction of the rifle shots when the camera switched POV. So that may imply warning shots as in the bullied are fighting back rather than that he actually killed them. Also, Cho Seok Bong survived so I don't think they wanted a bleak ending. And Joon Ho running in the opposite direction is likely just metaphorical "I don't want to be the part of your culture" rather than actual desertion which he knew did not work.
What does it mean when Joon Ho breaks fourth wall and screen goes black before we hear his running footsteps at…
I took at symbolic breaking away from his duty and D.P. and the culture of bullying and coving up for it rather than that he actually deserted. He knew that desertion didn't pay off and didn't change the system. Also, he saved the anime guy for he was in the hospital, didn't die. Remember, he was haunted by the first deserter whom he didn't save and whom he gave his lighter that he used to commit suicide.
funny and sad=and more-shame only 6 eps pref 10/12 eps be better-not sure if a oneoff of if s2will come WAS I…
he fired warning shots. you could clearly see he didn't aim in their direction but to the side of where they grouped but that was enough to have them poop their pants.
well, unlike just as busy Song Kang, he has an actual pull with the audience considering his dramas have much…
agreed his run after Sweet Home was a massive disappointment. I already have favorites. Ditched him for actually talented Sweet Home co-star Lee Do Hyun. Also really love Vincenzo's Kwak Dong Yeon.
not to be too mean but these posters look like any sageuk poster ever. same stiff romantic poses (do they swallow a stick before posing?) and the obligatory guy in a chandelier hat looking over his shoulder. The only thing that's missing is a warrior with bangs falling over his eye but this isn't an action drama so it's understandable. :)

Song Kang was great in Sweet Home because his blank faced style of acting was perfect for this character in a horror setting. That did not work anywhere else. It wa sjust a perfect blend of role and actor. Happens all the time.

CLOY would be a mix of Love At First Sight/Hate to Love/Unconditional Love, no? They were obviously smitten right off the bat, but being from different sides and cultures they hated each other at the beginning (like, I hate him/her cause I like him/her) and then were willing to die for each other which is unconditional.
That said, I have to confess something embarrassing. I thought 2gather was Jasper Liu/Lee Seung Gi's reality show Twogether and though "well, duh! it was obviously love at first sight between them!" :)
wait, Doom at Your Service really had a soundtrack called Breaking Dawn? LMAO, how unsubtle! BTW, if they wanted to drive the Twilight point, than they should have cast Seo Kang Joon who looks like a Korean Robert Patinson. I was really distracted by this when I watched Are You Human Too? From several angles he looked spot on Edward Cullen.

Like every SK role ever lol. SK+Romance = hard pass from me. Time for Sweet Home Season 2.
Rookie Historian is on my watch list! :)
