Title A Place in the Sun Spoiler
9 episodes of cruel drama and 1 episode with a happy ending is the most expected approach the writer will take.…
It's actually scary how they are so possessive. At this point, I can't think of anything that would make them give up. Also Dukshil's mother asking Shi wol to take care of her daughter is a bit ominous. Perhaps, Shi wol taking a bullet for her is good enough to change her mind? I mean, Dukshil did save Yoonwol in the past, and Yoonwol also inherited money for the mother's forgiveness. With the mother doing the right thing recently, Karma is in the mother and daughter's side.

Also the revelation of Mr Jung's connection with Yoonwol's father's death probably means Yoon wol will be in danger soon and Mr Jung will soon get his punishment by making a sacrifice. Perhaps in the next shareholder's meeting, either Choi Tae Joon or Kwangil will make a desperate act. Unless, Kwangil gives up with him getting in Yoonwol's way, it will not be a good ending for him. While Yoonwol's sufferings have nothing to do with him, he has not shown any consideration about Yoonwol's circumstances. He should make the effort in correcting his father's mistakes, but rather he is doing the absolute opposite. I can not think of anything that will change his mind. Given his current state of mind, Even Yoonwol taking a bullet for him, might actually make him happy instead of changing his mind. I'm betting on the chances that he still has feelings for Shiwol, and perhaps his father hurting Shiwol might actually wake him up.

The possible scenario where the above things can happen is when Choi Taejoon takes revenge on Im Miran by attempting to murder Dukshil. Shiwol comes at rescue and saves Dukshil by making a sacrifice. This is possible since KBS melodramatic daily dramas have a history of giving very heavy episodes next to the ending, especially those dramas where a shareholder's meeting is a critical plot device.

Kwangil is still not giving up. I think it's obvious what's going to happen to him. There's no way he's going to end up marrying the rich woman. That would only make Choi Tae Joon happy. And it's obvious Choi Tae Joon is set for regrets.

A good ending for him would be that:1. He gets the company and Taeyang fails in life.2. Shiwol finally loves him…
He's giving up. I am okay with him now.

Also it looks like he's going to marry a rich kind woman who the mother set him up with. But.. I'm a bit worried about the rich part. His dad has done so much evil just to get his son rich, he needs to die with regrets. Kwangil getting married to a rich woman might be an ominous sign. Especially, the writer made one character talked about karma recently. Hopefully, the writer has good plans.

I can wait forever for the subs to come out for this drama. Just so you know. Whoever is subbing this drama can take his time. Hopefully not forever...

Though Shiwol has become pretty much a useless character this drama is really good and keeps your attention completely,…
I don't know on which episode you posted this but Shiwol is still actually showing some of her cleverness. Like recently, she saved the grandfather's life and managed to find a way to replace the guards at the same time. Hitting two birds with one stone, pretty much.

Honestly, Choi Kwang Il is truly a victim in this whole thing. He did not deserve any of what happened to him.…
A good ending for him would be that:
1. He gets the company and Taeyang fails in life.
2. Shiwol finally loves him back
3. Jimin does not hate him after finding out things

The only way he does not end in the gutter along with his father is when he stops getting in the way of those three people's happiness and mind his own business. He's done way more horrible sh*t than whatever happened to him. Same with his sister.

About Shiwol's marriage with him. It was a fitting revenge against Choi Taejun. The justice in that weights more than whatever hurt feelings he gain. Everyone, the victims who were violated way more than Choi Kwang Il, deserves that revenge. The victim Choi Kwang Il ought to accept it and move on like the good guy that he was suppose to be. Also, he was suppose to hate his father after knowing all the truth. Where was the hate. Nowhere.

I am sorry to disagree with you. I mean no harm but I completely hate his character right now. Dude needs to give up if he needs me to stop hating him.

From what I understood, it's Natsu's father.
" It's usual for asadoras that the narrator is a family member who died."
I also notice this. Except in Hiyokko, I can't seem to figure out who the narrator was.

Recent episodes is very exciting. The mother was about to play Minecraft on Choi Taejuns face. Getting murdered with a pickaxe(or small shovel or whatever you call it) is no joke. lol

Just started watching this and am done with Ep 6 -i usually like revenge dramas (that end happily though ) but…
I would recommend to stick to the end. The writer actually made a clean plot that allows them to have a happy ending.

This show seems like 2 halves -one half is about a fast paced business revenge thriller where the leads look sane…
I think this drama was frustrating in the beginning because the people they end up marrying with were good people. They were the victims. of the main couple's misjudgments. Now, the situation is just different. You could pretty much root for the main couple's happiness 100%.

I usually don't watch for romance and I'm also a computer type of guy and yet I'm skipping everything except for Tongnian and Han Shangyan scenes. They should have made CTF stuffs a little more thrilling instead of the boring drama about their past struggles. Tong Nian is a hella cute though.

Title A Place in the Sun Spoiler
If I'm not mistaken, the setting is still not in the present. Remember that the main couple appeared in 1997.…
Im sorry I also think I went too far. I have never watched a KBS drama where they kill the primary character. So I don't think Yoonwol will die. Hopefully...

I also have another theory. I do believe that something bad will happen soon. Reason is, it is still currently episode 58 and everything seems to be almost sorting out and also because the setting is still not in the present. The Korean title also translates to Sun's Seasons. Perhaps, Taeyang will go through another season of another loved one leaving him.

You know how animals when backed down in the corner, they get stronger. Currently, Choi Taejun's knife is pointed at Shiwol's throat since she's the only person who knows all his secret. Perhaps, Jimin run away because he was poorly treated abroad. When Shiwol hear's the bad news, Choi Taejun got desperate and had her abducted and shipped to China. Probably in her attempt to escape, she went missing and caught the notorious illness called amnesia.

Also if you listen to the theme song. It is about a woman who is waiting under the sun for his man who is already far away. I believe the main couple's separation will be consistent all throughout the drama and will only be reunited in the final episodes. Also in the beginning, Shiwol asked Yoonwool what he'll do if she went far away from Earth. Although it was Yoonwool who went far away, maybe this time it will be Shiwol's turn.

Also, when Yoonwool disappeared, it was Dukshil who saved him and it gave her the moral leverage. Perhaps this time, she will know Shiwol's whereabouts and will keep it a secret. This time she will completely lost her moral leverage and lost her right to be with Yoonwool.

Also, when Kwangil discovers about what his father did to his wife, he might finally give up on her.

I don’t understand we are still at 58 and it reveals almost everything what will happen in the next 45 episodes…
If I'm not mistaken, the setting is still not in the present. Remember that the main couple appeared in 1997. Jimin will probably be like around 20 years old when the present comes.

I have a bad feeling that something really bad will happen and then it skips to the present where the next half of the drama will be mostly spent. Worst case is Taeyang will die for real and the actor will be playing Jimin's older self.

Also Mr Jung made a foresight about his misfortune for marrying the wrong woman. Although it might seem like it was about his daughter. Remember Mr Jung warned against the marriage when Dukshil was already pregnant. It means, nothing would have happen if he does not marry her. I mean the two jealous siblings are already batsht crazy, I would not be surprised if they kill someone.

I have a feeling Yoonwol's father's tragedy(whatever that was) will repeat on him. Perhaps, the ending scene will be Jimin looking up at the sun, looking up at his father who he never again met. I know I sound too cynical but I would prepare for the worst.

That's great news, I was already willing to wait for 84 years. I mean they could have sued her if she did broke her contract. Why do something so petty.

Title A Place in the Sun Spoiler
What scary is you have many people who is like Choi Taejoon in the real world and they usually win in the end. But since dramas are supposed to be escape of reality I want him to fall down real hard in the end. The writer should not even give any excuse to pity him.

Also Deokshil obviously fell for him because he was making so much money. She also took advantage of him when he was drunk and out of his mind and brought him to a motel. Amazing. People might think this was ok because she was a girl but imagine Deokshil was a guy. Regardless of gender, certainly this was wrong.

So many frustrating things about this drama. How can characters who are supposed to be smart be severely lacking in intelligence while Kwangil who is an idiot easily figured things out?
