Most probably releasing on 18th september(Scandal will release on 28th August)edit: jokes on me lol
Ji Chang-wook has said publicly that The Scandal is releasing around Chuseok, which is why it's expected to get the Sept 18 slot. Mousetrap is already rated and has had its subtitles uploaded on the Netflix app, while The Scandal doesn't even have a poster yet. But we'll see.
Lots of people who are technologically ignorant on this site. AI was used in all the “evidence.”
I can't imagine anyone honestly believing that. All the pictures, videos, chatlogs, and letters from his time in the military in his handwriting being "AI", sure. Him lying about ever being in a relationship with her, then later admitting it, and her choosing to end her life on his birthday, tells you everything you need to know about how she was treated by him.
It's entirely unsurprising that someone as powerful as him would be able to bury this. Especially in a country as rife with corruption among the powerful elite as Korea. So predictable.
Normal people: Oh this drama's main plot is a trope I don't like, I'll skip it.
Love triangle haters: Oh this drama is centered around a love triangle! I'll watch it and complain about it loudly every week until it's over and then rate it a 1 and then find a new drama with a love triangle.
This isn't grabbing my attention at all plot-wise and I don't like the styling for either of the leads. Looking forward to seeing Jung Hae-in in something that isn't a romcom soon (and pls with short hair again).
I want shin Yeeun as female lead, no animosity against the female lead Ha Young, but I always wanted Yeeun and…
Well the drama is finished, and Ha Young is the lead. I though Shin Ye-eun was underwhelming in Doctor on the Edge, so I hope she can do better in the upcoming drama with Park Bo-gum.
Are you talking about Kim Soo Hyun? It was already proven that all those videos and posts were man-made. They…
It’s obvious to everyone who’s not a fan of this man what happened. He denied even dating her at first. A blatant lie. When it became clear he couldn’t get away with it, he admitted to dating her *but* only when she was an adult of course (still grooming, still huge age gap, still power imbalance with his fame). And now we are supposed to believe all chat logs, all pictures, all videos, all letters he sent to her while in the military, were “faked”. That she uploaded that picture on IG and later chose to end her life on his birthday for “no reason”. The only reason he is going to get away with this is because he is a powerful man with powerful friends. Nothing else.
Other than a haunted palace they seem very different. This isn’t a comedy/romance for one. It’s action/horror. Haunted Palace also largely felt like a pretty standard historical drama, which this doesn’t at all to me based on the previews.
You always ask the question. So what, they hang out? It's not a big problem. Just stay away, fl also suffer. Not…
Actually most of us are not spending much time thinking about SML at all. Harmless character with like three minutes of screen time per episode. Which is why it’s so funny that he’s all you talk about, just because he exists and talks to FL 😭
