Since they are kinda rushing things I wonder if they'll add scenes for S2? It's not making much sense and the manga only has 48 chapters (then extras)

Man the drama is really good, a little fast paced but the chemistry btw Kou and Futaba is so good!! Seems like Touma showed his face, tbvh I thought he'd be cuter but I never like him in the manga. He got away and glorified way to easily after the stunts he pulled whilst Narumi gets painted as the evil one (for acting exactly like him)

Let's GOOO it's finally here and it's soo good. If any of you want perfect characters, I suggest ya drop it. It will be messy, they will make mistakes and that's good. They are kids.

Meanwhile I'd kill for a drama that's not fast romance like this. I wanna see them long for each other, pining , slowly realise their feelings over several eps, jealousy, see proper build up. They be kissing by ep 8 and the whole anticipation is gone.

Nah, maybe by today's drama but we used to be a proper nation where it was in 12 and romcoms served slowburn. Took them 10 eps to figure out their feelings. Then there was some pinning then they kissed.

Like what are you going to do with the other 8 left over eps?? There's nothing left to anticipate. Need slowburn to return but it so rare nowadays...

I am interested but why do Kdrama these days not serve slowburns anylonger, I loved the pinning 😭 Now 8 EPs and the main couples head over heels for each other...

I love the Manga and Kou so much, not everyone gets him like I do but he is my BOY. Imma defend him here the moment the drama drops. Don't watch this if ya expect perfect, bland characters with no flaws or a smooth romance. They are realistic, miss their timings (bc of annoying side characters), struggle and make mistakes.

Great but the romance was unnecessary, lacked chemistry and Dohyun is boring af, I'm tired of these bland puppy male leads who are only obessed with the female lead and kiss her ass. I really thought the 2nd half would deliver smth with him.

If they turn him into a puppy male lead and ruin their dynamic i'm suing!!! The better cast leads with chemistry, who can ACT and a pretty guy for Shin. Some suggestions that I've been seeing are..

Man I still haven't find a replacement, it served chemistry, slowburn romance, a ML with personality that's not just being "kind/bland" who has his own thoughts, mind and doesn’t kiss the FLs ass. A beautiful developed, kind hearted, hard working FL woth depth not just the typical rude emotionless "strong" FL that beat up ppl just bc (plus her style is beautiful) that we are fed nowadays. Love how throughout the show she learned it's not okay to beat up ppl (for me kicking ppl isn't badass or what a strong FL is supposed to do) began trusting and replying on others. This is what a good character is supposed to be. Bring back character development and interesting MLs with personality and flaws.

Fr can't find a replacement loved how the FL wasn't a typical "strong" cold FL with not emotions and the ML had personality and wasn't kissing her ass. He had his own reasons and mind, told her beating ppl wasn't okay and she stopped, solved her issues differently.

I agree except that beating up pol doesn’t make her a badass and I loved how it was used as a lesson. She stopped doing that.

You spoke facts but for some reason the 2 ML overshadows the ML who's rather bland and "perfect" in comparison. I really miss when MLs had character developments, depth, flaws their own minds and reasons. They were characters on their own.

I don't feel bad for the SML bc NO means NO and don't understand the whole 2nd ML syndrome ppl always cry over but I'm really starting to have beef with the Kdrama screenwriters nowadays. Why is it that nowadays they're more interesting, flawed characters with depth than the ML? They're so bland and "perfect". Either way I'm not really fond of any of the characters if I'm being honest. Guess it's not for me.

Oh a drama with an interesting ML for once, hope Joo Won will have another hit drama

i don't usually mind that trope except if it's bc "she's not like other girls" this is on par with the 2nd ML trope. and no means no, idk why ppl glorify them like that and overlook their behaviour but the moment the ML doesn't do everything right, he's a redflag or what not.

It's good but I wish the drama industry would already move past 2nd MLs and love triangles, I'm tired of ppl's obession with (bland) 2nd MLs syndrome. They barley interacted, usually the 2nd MLs are hella bland, blander than these snoozefest MLs these days and ppl be like they should be together. It's weird and like being rejected isn't the end of the world.

Would be cool to see a 2nd ML who for once respects her feelings after he realises she likes someone else or one who just wants to be buddies with her, make the ML jealous for fun then has his own love interest.

Don't mind me just rambling ami have beef with that trope at this point xD
