I’m only on episode 2, and I find everyone annoying especially Gyuri like what’s the point of ANYTHING she…
Hm, I understand and agree with you she's a pain in the ass and makes it harder than it has to be, but isn't that what makes it realistic? If it was all smooth sailing it wouldn't really be a drama so I kind of understand why they made her character that way. She's a kid and kids does stupid shit :/
Can someone explain the ending to me cause i didn't understand AT ALL
It's open ended so it's really up to you to decide what you believe. I personally feel like they made it since they established a shot of someone pouring water for the crab. I have a feeling that they left it with that ending incase they wanted to make a second season.
this show isn't really compelling. like i don't remember anyone. except how annoying i find the female leads and…
I agree, feels like it lacks development. The characters actions are often unmotivated, or at least the viewer doesn't get to know what motives the character to act in that manor.
EDIT: I'm fine with dramatic setups, but I feel like that characters and the script should be more realistic if it's going for a dramatic tone. In this some of the characters seems ridiculous, the old company ceo seems like a caricature of a tyrant without any empathy or morals. It's been painting in black or white, hopefully they will throw away the sociopath storyline because it sucks and start to make some developed characters in grey.
I really like Park Seo Joon but it feels like this drama isn't for me. The supporting characters feel very two dimensional, (example: Jang Dae Hee) like they tried to make someone evil to the point of losing the character's realism. I don't like any of the female leads this far (Ep 5), they both seem very self-centered and unlikable in my opinion.
Although thumbs up for a transgendered character (but it would be better if a transgendered actor/actress played the role).
So I'm gonna put this on hold and read the comments here to see what everyone is saying!
Well if you aren't hooked by now, then it's probably just not for you because it seems like most were hooked by…
It usually gets better by episode 5 in my opinion. The setting and tone often changes during the first episodes and I feel like I can't judge it based on the premise of the series. All the characters backstory needs to be brought forward aswell as the show's goal for me to evaluate it properly.
I'm not hooked on the premise, the characters or the acting as of now (3 episodes in) but I wanna give it until episode 6 to decide if I'll continue watching or not
What made you dislike the way the story turned out?
