Title Yumi's Cells Spoiler

You're right. I mean, it's fine that he wanted to end the relationship too, but why suddenly? When Yumi mentioned marriage, internally he was like "not right now" and not straight up rejected by the idea, and we know his desire for marriage is not as deeply buried like before that's why I believe it was a total lie when he said it was the first time he believed they weren't on the same wavelength. So, he'd rather leave Yumi with a trauma of mentioning marriage instead of being honest and transparent for the first time as a last time in their relationship, so that Yumi wouldn't think that it was her fault. Truly f*** this guy. I really liked Woong, but with them broken up, I'm glad that all my affection for him is now gone.

Title Yumi's Cells
My hope for the 2nd season is for Yumi to make some serious and not only work related friends who'll wish the best for her.

Title Yumi's Cells Spoiler
really really loved this. I think they did an excellent job a making us love Woong too, so even we were in conflict if it is better to break up or not, because rationally yeah, but then again they were such a sweet couple. I would've loved to know what went on in Woong's head, but the way it ended is quite nice.

I didn't quite catch him as manipulating, but what you said does make a lot of sense. I was wondering too why he wasn't more upset about loosing Saeyi as a friend.
What really surprised me was when he said that he might get angry when she wants to break up with him, I mean he didn't, but it's quite alarming that it was his first instinct instead of worrying why Yumi was feeling hopeless for them.

Title Yumi's Cells Spoiler
Honestly, I wouldn't mind Yumi (or myself in a relationship) being the second priority. I also prioritize myself…
I agree. I don't mind it either, but I do think the difference is that it's more Woong's pride that's in the way. Because if we remember, Yumi put herself first too, and I think that's totally fine and even healthier for her, because she gives in too easily anyway. She put herself first, but she'll still put Woong's comfort over her own. I think for Yumi to prioritize herself means, doing what's best for her and makes her happy, and for Woong it means to uphold the utmost pride.
In my opinion, Woong also needs to level up on his EQ, or find someone that can decipher his cryptic answers flawlessly. I hate to say it, but may be Saeyi does understand him better because she has been friends with him for so long, and Yumi only gets to understand Woong in their relationship.

Title Yumi's Cells Spoiler
I like Woong but I'm done with him. I think it's too late for him to suddenly change up his priorities, I don't think he'll be any or much better at opening up to Yumi and allow himself to be vulnerable with her. I believe she just only became his priority because he got scared, he probably will put his pride first when he feels safe again.

Ikr. I hate how Yumi so easily forgives Woong for hiding MAJOR things from her. It's not like they're a new couple....they're…
Yes, I think it's easy to forget that they've been together for two years now, and he still doesn't open up to her. Is she just ever supposed to accept his cryptic answers and feel insecure about their future?

Title Yumi's Cells Spoiler
So... I feel like this needs to be said because everyone is all "Aw Woong IS SO SWEET", because he cleaned and…
Also, he lacks so much empathy because he's all so analytical, and that may be just who he is, but it's getting more and more disappointing. I think it's quite symbolic how he said he didn't understand people who line up for food. Symbolic for how he doesn't understand Yumi and always only tries when he suspects her to be angry. He's almost unable to imagine someone else's feelings. It showed with the whole Saeyi situation, with the whole hiding that he was homeless situation, with her desire to be a writer (because he was reflecting himself onto her instead of looking from it by her perspective), with the damn table, with not recognizing her question about what he likes about her as an insecurity he inflicted in her, and now even when he recognized that she was about to break up with him, but he still didn't know why, and it came as a surprise to him.

Honestly, as much as I love our main lead couple, at this point my rage for Jang Tae Jin is so strong, I'd still rate this high even if our couple wasn't to end up together, as long as I see Jang Tae Jin, his minions and Segi group burn to ashes. I need retribution.

It was just a watch. At the end there was no excitement for me, and no disappointment either. Just feel like they could've done so much more with the characters. There was literally no character development for anyone.
It did have an amazing cast and excellent acting, especially, Kwak Shi Yang was amazing because he really knows how to play the evil guy. He was not surprisingly good because I've seen him in similar roles already, but he definitely knows that he can do it flawlessly. Kim Yoo Jung surprised me sometimes, though I already recognized her as a very good actress, there were certain parts where I was positively surprised by her performance. The weakest performance was by Gong Myung, though, I have to give him the benefit of the doubt because he had the weakest character, so maybe under the given script it wasn't possible to get a more convincing performance by him.
Oh, and the editing when ML transitioned into the demon? It made me wonder if it was trying to cover Ahn Hyo Seop's acting, though that didn't seem to be necessary. I feel like it could've given him a really good opportunity to show his skills, but they just had like 5 layers of him flash in and out like in old soap operas when they find out a big secret, it even had the sound effects.

This is a HUGE complement ( I feel the pressure for the rest now) Thank you so much for telling me! It is one…
You did really such a good job.
My biggest wish for drama viewers is to at least recognize toxic behaviour and issues like these, even if they happen in their most favourite drama. That's why I think you did a really important job right now.
Don't feel pressured, I'm sure the next part will be just as informative and well explained as this one.

This is my favourite MDL article of all time. I want to give you all the awards.
I'm so thankful that you took the time to write such a great and informative article because it is such an important topic.

This is how cliché it can get, and somehow I've still been checking for new episodes everyday. It's like cliché done right (though there are def some flaws to it too)
