the fact that i watched three dramas listed on here makes me feel a little bit invincible lmao i recently finished watching cross so it’s still fresh in my mind; 10/10 recommend it! the summary on the page is quite underwhelming and make it seem like ML focuses on killing for revenge but he doesn’t and there’s so much to story please don’t hesitate to watch omg

at first i didn’t expect much from this knowing it’s a netflix production, but damn! took me by a surprise omg this one was a wholeass ride from beginning to end! will have you seeking for more

interesting. this genre is definitely something yoona has never done before and i'm quite excited to see how she'll do since it's been a while since her last movie and drama. even more excited that jungsuk will be the male lead omg

honestly, im gonna miss going on here every time i finish watching the new eps to comment about my frustration lmao but until the end, imo, the writers tried their best to keep my interest high. im not exactly satisfied with the ending but at least some of the characters got a happy ending or ended up in good hands. no denying this has become one of my favorite dramas of 2018 and im glad the negative comments i read before i started watching this didn't hold me back. gonna miss sunny and ari and lee yoon and helro :(

i had this show in my planned to watch list for a while and ngl the comments i read when the drama started almost hindered me from watching, but i think i understand where most people are coming from; if you start this drama expecting it to be similar from goblin and already have that filtered lens in you, then you'll definitely feel underwhelmed. but nontheless i absolutely love yoo inna and lee dongwook's chemistry ;_; also all of the supporting characters so far exceeded my expectations!

also the last scene of ep 48 where sunny read grandmother's last letter tore my heart ;_; imagine almost being murdered AND being asked to die on the same night by your own family wtf this imperial family won't change until they get rid of the garbage

despite his past actions, i was starting to feel a little sympathetic towards the emperor a couple of episodes back. the progress and "character development" the writers tried to make for him almost got to me. but after watching the current eps, he just made me feel sick again. he's officially a hopeless case. abusing the empress (again), did not learn from the lesson na wangsik tried to teach him, and resorted back to his old maniac self. disappointed, but not surprised.

i’m surprised that not many people have watched this :o every plot was planned really well, the production team did each escape room so incredibly well, and i really enjoyed the chemistry of all the characters !! the writers already confirmed that there’s a season 2 so maybe this time it’ll gain more viewers; this is definitely a must watch! a breath of fresh air in korean variety world.

read the genre and i didn't have to check to know which network on which this is gonna be on. if it's a thriller and it's on ocn, it will be a hit.

this drama is so viciously twisted and will have you in its fingers before completely crushing your hopes down because it won't go the way you expect it to go. always find myself breathless after every episode my GOD

didn't realize i was holding my breath almost the entirety of ep 38 whew that was a mf JOURNEY

seunghye is the only woman i can trust in this drama honestly (and sometimes jinhee when she's influenced by the good people) while sooim could be branded as nosy, she has good intentions nonetheless

i used to find myself blaming seojin's mother-in-law for driving her into her obssesive state of getting yeseo admitted in medical school and becoming powerful (in terms of status and prestige) which then would make sense why seojin's so pressured to act the way she does. but after the scene with professor kang and her mother-in-law, i realized seojin's already way too deep in her clouded fixation and is basically throwing her own daughter in the hands of a murderer for her satisfation. i think she feels the need to prove to professor's kang family that despite her poor background, she can make yeseo's life different from hers. seojin's simply just seeking validation now.

is anyone else bothered that min yura hasn't been showing in the last couple of episodes (other than that one scene in the mental hospital with chief joo)??? this girl planning smth up her sleeve and it def wont be good

looks like i'll have to keep my netflix subscription for a few more months
