So what do you think about the idea of a time loop ? I thought at the beginning that the scenes Great sees when he has those 4 minutes in the future are what happens in reality (and what he does to prevent them, something he made in his mind as to alleviate his feeling of guilt) . But now, I think it doesn't make sense. Since he sees also in those 4 minutes the woman he has hurt with his car die. But then in the next 4 minutes scene (in the hospital), she is alive ?
I wonder why there is this "water" theme too, when you see the opening, the way the title of the series is written, some scenes in the original teaser. Or is it because the murder in the second episode happens next to the swamp ?
I must be the only one who thinks that Yu really had suicidal thoughts and it was not just Ai's misunderstanding. When…
I think he has suicidal tendencies : Yu didn’t really deny it when they talk about this. Also the fact Ai keeps having dreams about him dying...maybe the plot is that Yu is fated to die and that Ai is basically *disturbing* this fate It was also implied when Ai talks with the woman who has the same gift as him, when she talks about her boyfriend. Yes it seems this series has a dark tone !
Am I the only one who has been thinking about the hidden meaning behind the time 11:00... How are the things that…
Maybe it's the time when Great had a heart attack. I guess it was when he had drunk too much in the previous night mentioned in the first episode. Title maybe has saved him/helped him (?) during that night and that's why Great ends up being his "friend". My other guess about those flashbacks about Tyme. I think Great has a one night stand with him during that night where he was so drunk (?). That's why he's so confused when he meets him again. Or maybe I'm such a 🤡 imagining all of this...
If 4minutes is getting shadowed, I saw you in my dream is basically nonexistent in the eyes of other people...😭
I like it for now (especially because of the actor playing Yu and the cinematography). It seems like a cute and light romcom at first and then episode 3 happens. Now you wonder if it's going to be cute and light...It is really interesting !
Time is repeated in this episode too. I wonder why. 11:00 is the time the patient seems to die (?) at the beginning, but also the time indicated wrongly by Great's watch (in fact it's seven o'clock and something) when he was with his brother later in the episode.
I'm conflicted about this series. and in fact, angry. So of course, this will be quite subjective. I really like the main actors, the characters and the story is beautiful in a way. This is for sure a very well-made series. But the fact that the intro of this series made the focus on "love" rather than Kohei's struggle about his disability was already something that annoys me. In a way, I prefer the intro in the movie : it was more respectful toward Kohei, showing that his point of view about his disability was something even more important and worthy enough for the beginning of the movie. The fact also that the series only shows Kohei is distressed (after his sudden loss of hearing) because he could not hear Taichi's voice anymore. And what about not hearing anymore his mother ? Is she not important ? She was with him since the beginning ! She is as important (and even more than Taichi) I'm so pissed off ! It feels like people with disability are just a pretext to make a story more "dramatic", "more beautiful" in the name of love...And I won't talk about the fake kiss...this is realistic for sure...
If you are brave enough to show and portray a story with disability, you can also be brave enough to show that two men can also kiss...and that there is nothing wrong with that...right ?
Or maybe I'm such a 🤡 imagining all of this...
