I wish I have another BL series like this I can watch nowadays. unfortunately, none are really grabbing my attention like this one -sigh- I hope one day we'll have another series like this, of this quality.

In fact by clues I was more talking about clues about why he was mean to him in the beginning (and thus having his point of view for this). And yes, it's not hard to see that he has a crush on him.

You're wrong because I've been there though. I won't talk much about it since this is my personal life but I've never acted like Shin Woo. And I say this is a trope because you find this in a lot of kdrama and jdrama too (the tsundere trend...). You just have to look into it. I have nothing against tropes and I quite like them if they are done well : they have to make sense in the plot, otherwise the story can lose its credibility.
However I've found one explanation given by one user and it makes a lot more sense now. So I understand now a little better his character.

Yes but I hope they will show a little more Shinwoo's point of view but especially why he was acting like this at the beginning, etc. Not necessarily saying everything but giving a little more clues.

I understand being awkward and introverted around your crush. But the time when he doesn't want Taekyung to join the student council, he was more than that and even very mean towards Taekyung (almost bullying). This doesn't make sense for me especially considering he has been also a victim of bullying (well it can happen in real life though but generally they don't love the person they bully....). The transition from his "jerk" personality of the beginning to the later "introverted and shy" one in the next episodes is weird for me. I like the personality he's showing lately though but he seems like a different Shin Woo. I have a hard time believing this "change". But that's my opinion.

I think it doesn't make sense in the plot unless they have made a character who is also very prideful (like "how can I be attracted to that kind of person?"). If he was afraid to be close, he would have been distant or indifferent. If he was afraid of Taekyung being bullied because of him, he would have acted the same way with his other friends in the student council. But he is close with them...I still don't understand too why he has to act like that. The only explanation is : because it is like that in kromance. Basically, a trope.

I wish they portray female characters better in BL...It is tiring to see again this trope. You have three women and all of them are not "great". Not all women are like that, you know ?

I don't know how to feel about the new episode (I still have to watch another one). Maybe the right word is "frustrating".

Maybe Daon's struggle seems the most interesting in my opinion. Because he's now the most complex character among them. It's a pity the plot of the series is not more centered around the personal struggle he's experiencing : from wanting to please (because of social pressure) to learning to stop saying yes everytime, from fearing what others may think of him to accepting being what you are, etc. it is a struggle a lot of people feel and not only Daon.

The other characters even with their engaging personalities and dynamics at the beginning are still a little too one-dimensional.

And I was hoping for more clues in the plot for their growth later. I'm talking about personal growth, not only relationship-wise or because of the potential "ship" which will happen.

Unfortunately, it's also obvious for Nam goong who was my favorite character among them, who's still only seen as the potential relief comic. So Hee I won't even talk about her. She is the very stereotypical (female) villain. I'm not expecting a multilayered personality for her. I'm not sure I'll continue this series if it goes on like this. I'm hoping for something more in the upcoming episodes. If not, I'll drop it.

I didn't expect to like this series that much ! But what a great episode !

And I still miss this series. A lot. -sigh- One of the best BL series I've ever watched ! I hope the same team will made another series because they are really really great.

Nice new episodes but not very surprising things here as we're now fully getting the usual k-drama way.

The series gives me more friendship (or very close friends) vibes between the characters than a potential "romantic" chemistry between some of them which will made this as a believable "BL" though.

Each character (except the usual annoying girl you find) has interesting traits. But it's a shame that the formulaic aspects of the series don't bring them unto another level in terms of plot, etc.

The charm is still there though. There is some kind of a "peaceful" and soothing feeling when you watch this. It's quite agreeable.

I agree with what you said. I'm also a little surprised by the way some comments here are so "against" him. And I think it is quite interesting and quite telling about the commentator more than the character they speak of. Like having too much kindness is suspicious and "creepy"...but acting like a jerk at the beginning is in a way cute (and lovable) and quickly forgotten...People are so weird or maybe just sadomasochistic lol

Nobody is perfect for sure but I also find it surprising that people are more harsh with Daon than Shin Woo though. I personally think that the way Shin woo was treating Tae was more wrong than Daon...and not cute at all. But that's my opinion.

Nice episode. I like Daon and his kindness. He isn't creepy for me but most likely his kindness is hiding his sadness inside ? I wouldn't be surprised if he hides a depression. But maybe I'm wrong lol

I think my favorite character is Shi Woon in this series. I like his personality a lot : smart and funny. I almost wish they made a story centered around him at some point (or in another series ?).
