It's truly a gamechanger for any drama fully posted on YouTube without subtitles. I finally got it to work and was able to quickly binge the rest of the show. There are a few that I watched recently that could have used this help.
He's not managed by anyone. He has his own studio and is the executive producer of this drama. Perhaps he chooses…
I figured the same out this week. Tracked a few more that he has brought in recently and will also be acting with in the upcoming "Farewell to Arms" upcoming period drama. Can't wait!
I couldn't believe the ML was the SL from Put your Head on my Shoulder. Same girl but quite a different outcome! I agree that Daddi Tang's acting and his hairstyle have vastly improved. The cousin and his fellow male doctor also did a great job. Second couple was adorable too. We need a season 2!
this show is so unique for me, like there are so many WTF moments and tendering ones, aka ly when you see the…
That was pretty hilarious. I originally I was going to avoid this show because of my perception that it was going to be overly violent. It is about the mafia so they do allude to it but I have been more impressed with the comedic skills of the cast. There have been so many regular and dark comedic scenes and they have been masterfully written and acted. The International investigator is so hilarious in his scenes too. I would love a season two following the leads and some of the building tenants.
Since it aired a week before the start of the show am sure it's possibly a documentary introducing the characters, discussing the story, and showing behind the scenes footage.
The 25 minute episodes are throwing off the pacing for me. I really like this version of Dae Sung, and So Ju Yeon…
I agree, the original ones were about 45 minutes so they are having to tighten up the story to keep up with the same cdrama episodes they are copying. I am sure it has to do with the fact that many new dramas are not as long because of production costs.
So Ju Yeon is such a cute actress but I just couldn't get into the drama.
Unfortunately, she comes across pushier here. I just realized that she is also in Lovestruck in the City (also currently releasing weekly episodes) . I really like her character in that drama better. I noticed that the original Chinese production company seemed to have actually licensed the original content to the Korean group (they are listed on the credits) and after checking they have the exact same number of episodes as the original. I now believe they are re-filming the original series with Korean actors instead of just recreating the story in Korean. Since we are seeing new episodes weekly, I am talking a different approach and re-watching the old show before the new one to freshen my mind with the details. The way they filmed is an interesting approach. They are even using the same missing scene approach at the end of each episode to highlight something that happened in each show. Not as happy with the casting (they miss many physical jokes that were integral to the original cdrama because of the height difference between the original leads). It's a minor point, yet important to the story of their characters. Still enjoying it... Will see how the overall show holds up.
