I have a feeling that the main conflict in the book was about LGBT rights and that it was watered down for the series. Other than that, I was ALL about Kan & Thua. 😍
I feel so conflicted about this series. The commitments they made to endure whatever together juxtaposed with the breakups pissed me off. If you tell someone you're going to stay with them and face challenges, then do it goddammit. The redemption for me came in the last episode. GMMTV is really good at the payoff, and this one gave us an amazing one. When I saw the name of Palm's bar I was done. I'm such a sucker for a sweet, romantic ending that it helped me to forgive a lot of the bullsh*t it took to get there.
This series is BL perfection. The plot, pacing, chemistry, all perfect. The music is amazing and the actors all had their unique qualities. I absolutely loved it.
are there sexscene in this movie ? is this really 18+ ? its not look like........from the trailers....
It's not explicit, but there is some violence and a rape...I would call parts of it more disturbing than explicit. Still it's an amazing movie, I've watched it over and over.
Why did everyone have the damn same haircut!!! I kept getting confused.
That was me during the first few episodes of My School President. All with same height, same hair and same damn uniforms ha ha ha! I'm glad this happens to other people too...
I loved it. When Noey made up his mind about who his destiny was, watch out! Talk about determination. My only complaint was the last episode seemed rushed, a whole year. Other than that it was a very cute and funny show with a perfect ending.
I actually really liked this movie. It demonstrates how far a poor, desperate man will go to support his family. More importantly, it teaches us that love can be found in the most unexpected places.
The last two episodes were completely WTF. Stupid motivations, lack of communication....wait, that's every BL series ha ha. I was happy with the ending, but damn it was painful getting there.
Watching this series was like watching a high school musical. Not the Disney movie, but an actual high school production. As many others have commented, the acting was awful. The one bright spot was Eurwin Canzana as Mikey, that boy can really act and sing. I hope over time this becomes a forgettable footnote in a very successful career for him. OH and I loved Elena. She's fabulous. 😁
I'm calling this Tale of 100 Stars because it's about 10% as good as its similar predecessor. I did enjoy it more than SIMM only because once the two ML had the chance, they did actually express their feelings for one another. It felt like it was stretched though, every time they tried to talk, something interrupted them. As others have commented, both couples could have easily shared one season of 12 episodes. What should I watch next??
Fitting conclusion to both series. If you wanna die from these couples' sweetness from all the fan service and…
This had me on the floor laughing....you won't believe it, a friend of mine visited Thailand and brought me one of those Black Inhalers back as a souvenir. I sniffed it while I was watching the whole time. 😂😂😂 Unfortunately it didn't make the plot any better.
The finale was incredible, both Fort and Peat did an amazing job. Love will always prevail. My only question is why does P'Gun sound just like Mr. Herbert from Family Guy? It was so distracting....I couldn't stop laughing every time he spoke. 😆😆😆
