what would this season be based on? I heard moving s1 has already followed the webtoon until the end.
Kang Full's webtoons all share the same universe, he made the moving webtoon back in 2015 and then released a sequel for it two years later. I am guessing season 2 will adapt this sequel. Since Kang Full is both the creator of the webtoons and kdramas, he knows his own character best and might even add material in s2 like he did with s1 :).
Omg I can't wait anymore, stfh is one of my fav psychological thriller shows so getting a Japanese version is…
This is an adaptation of the webtoon, not a remake of the kdrama (so don't be suprised if the movie is quite different). But yeah, I am very excited for this too xD.
finally, Dongjae's wife is back in episode 7! I still think she is way out of his league, even after he changed for better after season 1/2 of stranger lol. I would be having grey hairs with a husband like this. I guess the Weasel managed to win her heart like he did ours, with his adoreable but pathetic charm.
This kdrama is on thin fucking ice. The audacity to remove the main characters girlfriend is through the roof. There is millions of webtoons, but they choose to adapt this one and remove the queer text and turn it into subtext? What is this? China? Korea should feel ashamed.
I hope this gets straight to streaming... Japanese movies often take over half a year to appear anywhere online when they show in cinema. And they rarely show them in european cinema too :/.
Where did you find it? for me EU located I can't find it anywhere available 🥲 I've been waiting for my Dongjae…
sadly no official english subs yet, just ai generated ones (on hitv, they are bad...). It's insane that a spinoff of a really succesful kdrama is treated like this internationally.
I missed this weasel, so glad i'm getting ten episodes with him lol. I do hope we get a season 3 of Stranger though, I want to see the rest of the cast too.
Is this out yet? It says on here that it was released in june, but this movie is still unrated and there is no one in the comments who said they have seen it (yeah, it's probably just released in korea, but there are plenty korean-speaking and living people on here xD)
Especially in thrillers were he can play morally grey/complicated characters👏
