Title Dear Hyeri
This is confusing, you can only get DID in early childhood from extreme trauma. Even if you say she got it as an adult, i am sorry being away from your lover is not traumatic?? Obviously kdramas don't have to be realistic, but like c'mon i at least expect the bare minimum of research.

squid game needs to be out rn!😭😭
True, the new cast is fire and i can't wait for them to reach international succes (they deserve it). I also want to know more about the world building after they left us on an open ending!

Person Jung Eun Chae
Not a hater only just discovered this actress. But what's with inconsistency in these affair scandals a lot of…
Unpopular opinion (i guess) but some small controversy from over a decade ago is absolutely irrelevant and has nothing to do with her job (or even her character, c'mon it's a fucking decade). Also wtf, punishment? For what? Because the husband couldn't keep it in his pants? It's stupid to punish someone who technically didn't even "cheat". The husband cheated, she didn't. She never made an oath to that guys wife.

And yeah, of course some people can two time for years withouth anyone knowing??

Some people need to shut the fuck up about random peoples private life. If you don't wanna watch her, don't? It's not hard to not watch her stuff.

Also, consistent punishment for cheating is kinda impossible. A person who is more well known will of course recieve more backlash (or if they are loved people will pretend they never did anything bad)

i just started this, i picked a great drama for my first cdrama lol. Cat guy is my absolutely fav character so far! I hope he gets more screentime. The leads are also great, especially since they are both smart and complement eachother mentally.

Let me start of saying that I really really enjoyed this(rated 9/10), I cried multiple times throughout the series.…
I think it was fine, her traits are common in all autistic people. Women can usually mask better, but i think she just has a little higher needs to be able to mask that good.

Honestly, her being a savant is already a stereotype xD. But i can't help but love her despite the stereotypes, she is a female autistic character AND is allowed to have a healthy romantic relationship. I don't think i've ever seen this in another tv show.

It is pretty annoying that we mostly only get the "genius autistic person" or "is mentally a child autism" since these two are the rarest. I wish they made this more clear, autism is a spectrum yet we only saw two autistic characters.

I do hope they include a lot more variety in the second season, they implied her mother and brother might also be on the spectrum, let's see how that goes.

Drama was really amazing but I couldn't understand one thing Geum Hyuk Soo was not supposed to feel any pain or…
I mean, he experienced pain and fear for most of his life, the experience doesn't go away just because he can't feel both anymore. Also, getting your body parts damaged or even removed is gonna be uncomfortable either way, especially since he wants to be alive and healthy.

Thanks for the reply, i guess i will just ignore the "sin" stuff (& pretend like the webtoon reason is the true reason) and enjoy the wild ride xD.

Started episode one, will they keep saying suicide is a sin/selfish? That's just a disgusting thing to say. And i don't care about the "sin" bullshit either, i am atheist. At the very least they should have gone for interesting lore and mythology instead of the boring hell/heaven stick. Sad, everything else seems perfect and totally my kind of kdrama.

Edit: WOW, i just found out that the webtoon is quite different. It isn't as preachy and death doesn't care he offed himself, Death just wants to show off how powerful she is after he declared death "insignificant" that is LEAGUES better than the cringe reason they changed it to.

Title Don't Call it Mystery Spoiler
probably, the manga is still on-going and popular in japan, the live-action helped with sales even more.
sadly only about 12 chapters have been translated so far into english (there has been a new volume release a while ago, but you would have to buy that since no one has scanned them yet) and the drama threw some chapters around so the order of live-action and manga is a little different.

Either way, you can read the first 12 chapters here: https://comick.io/comic/mystery-to-iunakare/z6xN7-chapter-1-en

Title A Killer Paradox Spoiler
Man, y'all are weird as fuck. I absolutely do not get why you all are okay with brutal murder scenes but a 10 second "sex" scene (it wasn't even real, just a hallucination) makes you all clutch your pearls. Netflix TELLS you about what kind of content it's gonna have, you literally can't have an easier way of telling if a show has graphic or sexual content in it. Seems like even adults here need to grow the fuck up.

The "sex scene" was more of a female nudity scene because they deliberately hid the male's groin. No one wants…
You just fetishize koreans, nothing else. Maybe it doesn't fit into your little fantasy world, but koreans are humans, and guess what, most of them also FUCK. Cut the "it's westernized" bs. Korean movies have been this brutal and sexual for decades, the only reason why kdrama couldn't to this earlier is because of censorship!!!
Replying to Meiraaaa Feb 11, 2024
If people are genuinely giving this show a lower rating because of a sexual scene please bffr. The show is rated…
I am honestly one of the first people that says that most sex scenes are unnecessary, but i was absolutely okay with this one. It makes sense for the storytelling and shows how messed up our protagonists is. It tells you so much about the character

(spoiler) he tries to distract himself by pleasuring himself (which he does by imagining the girl he cheated with) but he's clearly not into it at all, he looks dead inside.

He's the type of person who would commit crimes when he can get away with it, because he likes the rush of almost getting caught, but it's also obvious that he gets bored of it soon and wants to find something else that can get his adrenaline up (in this case, murder)

he also needs to justify his pathetic actions at every turn while doing so.

I am SO ready for this. They better let it be as gay, if not gayer, as the original.
