Not in this season. Unless they completly rewrite the webtoon. Season one covers 10 chapters (out of 256) of Si-euns backstory, so that wasn't even the start of the story lol. Suho is still in a coma in the webtoon.
I'm guessing Ryeohun will play Eugene/Juntae? Also, i know they are probably won't give Si-eun his iconic gray hair, but give at least some of the characters colorful hair :( It just fits that some of them have colored hair... especially my boy Gerard/Gayool.

I guess it depends what you would call "controversial" if it's racist or horrible stereotyping i will hate it and avoid it like the plague if i knew before hand, but if it's about fucked up characters doing fucked up things, i'm down for the ride. I like my main characters eternally suffering and covered in blood (aka morally gray or otherwise complex xD)
I would also watch toxic relationships, but only if it's shown to be toxic and embraces the toxic shit, corruption arc type of relationship etc, i loathe it when toxic relationships get portrayed/written like it is a good thing and okay to do.
huh? It's both? BL is short for boys love, so if it is a love story about boys that is in the focus, it's bl and also a queer drama at the same time. If the show has other queer characters but doesn't focus on any specific queer romance, it's just a queer drama not a bl/gl/wlw/mlm etc.
On one hand, stereotyping is bad, it gets worse when it is about a group of people that get a bad reputation. Then again, let's be real here, every single monarch that has ever existed is a piece of shit. There is no room to argue. They use money that was aquired by stealing and killing, every monarch uses this blood money when they accept being a monarch. Regardless of where they come from, monarchs suck.
Also, maybe i am unqualifed to say this as an atheist, but having a religion doesn't make you a good person? I would argue the majority of religious people use their religious as an excuse for their bad behaviour while at the same time ignoring rules of their religion they don't like... so yeah, an arab prince doing bad things is not impossible and there have been reports of them actual doing horrible and fucked up shit.
I think this is not a black and white issue honestly...
Anyway i feel kinda bad for everyone that has been hurt by this, there are some really horrible islamphobic and arabphobic comments on here, if you are a good person, you deserve to be respected.

Right? It's so fucking tragic. The real life case was so fucked up, even more so than in this drama. 500+ people died, it was an actual fucking concentration camp and it's been 40 something years, the most jail anyone was gotten was TWO YEARS. And the main culprit went on to do more crimes in another country i think.
Even in this drama, all of the crimes of the welfare center have had their statue of limitations pass (i'm pretty sure this is also for murders that happend before 2002? But someone correct me if i'm wrong). That's why they started the murdering in the first place...
i get why people didn't like the ending, but for me it was very fitting. It showed some insight on how real victims are feeling, bitter & angry at the world (but even then some people have a tiny spark of hope and are still fighting)

I don't know if we mean the same event, but i think it was kinda an accident he recorded THAT exact convo, he just wanted to supervise his father and see what he does/says to find out the truth.
Watched this guy in 3 shows already (Bad & Crazy, Tunnel, Children of Nobody) i think he has talent, i really liked him in Children of Nobody the most, he plays complex & grey characters amazingly, i have been rooting for his character in every role i've seen him play. I hope one day he will get a full on villain role, i think he would do a terrific good job at it! Cutey face that can (and will) scare the shit out of you if pissed off.

Hyun Soo is kinda relatable to me, i also have Alexithymia (but that as bad Hyun Soo lol) understanding your own feelings is sometimes harder than it should be... also fuck that psychiatrist, she should have made an actual assignment of antisocial personality disorder and not just scratch the surface level without actually doing her job. Also Jiwon is precious, i love that she always tried to find out the truth by herself instead of believing rumors. Also where the fuck does sk get all those amazing child actors?? I usually don't watch kdramas with romance at all, but the main couple is just on another level even my aromantic ass senses the extreme chemistry they have.
I would have loved a look into the future for the finale tho, but either way i'm happy with how it ended, it ended on a very hopefull note and Hyun Soo FINALLY noticed that Ji Won loves him for who he truly is and he loves her more than anything aswell.
That Venus comparison was one of the cutest scenes in the whole show!! I was near tears for the whole last episode but that scene where that father thought Hyun Soo was Hee Sung made me cry like a baby even tho it hate that fathers guts.
