Oooh i can't wait for this!

This is truly my type of show <3 really love sk thrillers! Especially the small town mindfuckery ones. I needed this after the Price of Confession was cancelled :'). I hope this will be good, same with Lies Hidden in My Garden and the Day of the Kidnapping. Second half of 2023 has so much interesting stuff in store!

Oh i loved blind a lot.. also today the first episode for Lies Hidden in My Garden drops, but no idea if it will have detectives, otherwise there have been no real new detective drama since late 2022, just a few with thriller in their genre...

No one quite does it like Lee Dongshik.. he's the most unhinged one of this list xD. Ko Mo Chi is a second to me. Choi Jar Sup keeps growing on me, i'm currently watching Flower of Evil.

But the rating is great for a thriller on mdl?? Usually it's under 8.5 for thrillers on here because it's a genre not many like. It's rarerly rated above 8.5.

No they filmed with the blur in mind. For example for the dead dog they used a stuffed animal, they never needed to make it realistic

But the actor is 28?? He is playing a character two years older lol.

I mean that's kinda the point of the show? The real life inspiration (Brother's home, 500+ people died there) never got any justice, the only reasons why you will find anything about it is because some of the victims and their families still want justice (which is unlikely because it's been 40 years and the main abuser is dead i think)

So it makes sense the show left a lot "unfinished". It wants to make the viewer angry, that's what the real victims feel too.

Moody's Cell. Didn't fit me at all. I'm the opposite 💀 I hate not finishing shows and i rarely hate shows/rant about the tropes unless they did a hate crime to my eyeballs. My taste is also usually thriller, mystery, melodrama or comedy, so i kinda know from the start what i will probably like and don't try other genres often so i don't waste my time.

Bruh romance obsessed much? Not everything needs a forced romance plot bullshit.

I loved Big Mouth... last fourth was less good but still watchable.

They better don't give me any romance. I'm so sick of kdramas forcing romance between the leads. Let two people from opposite gender be friends PLEASE.

If i want romance or romance subplots i search for it myself.

I thought he had a type of Synesthesia at first, but that doesn't seem the case. Would have been interesting though. I hope they don't "fix" him in the end. Sure, the empathy can cause trouble, but having empathy also has a lot of upsides.

like, people aren't naive or dumb for being empathic, i hope the show makes that clear.

I do like that he is in active therapy so he doesn't get conned and learns to empathise to a reasonable degree which doesn't cause him trouble.

I think a show like this is perfect for a second season. More episodic shows tend to have great potential for sequels, story focused ones less because the story is usually finished after one season unless it ended on a cliffhanger. I hope we get Woo Young Woo's brother as a main or important side character, i really like that actor. He has talent, first saw him in the King of Pigs, he was amazing in that (and he's only like 15!)

nooo i was so hyped for this show! The Director was the one for beyond evil, they had two amazing leads and the plot sounded amazing, this probably would have been one of my favorites. I really hope they manage to work this out somehow OR that it is a false rumor.

Here's hoping there is some shipable tension between the two FL's. Who am i kidding i'm shipping this regardless unless they are somehow relatives or don't have chemistry on screen. Please be good... the plot sounds interesting, don't fail me xD.
