yess i agree. I was hesistant about it because it was once again a cis dude playing a trans woman.. but i was positevly suprised. I saw the twist coming and feared it was another "crossdressing predator" trope, but then we saw the trans flag, the characters defending her, she became important to the plot, she bonded with the other girls and then she came out to everyone at the store, including customers!

Not gonna lie, i am pissed this (apparently) got review bombed. Like, how pathetic can you be to do that? I will watch this when i have some time, i was looking forward to this drama, then didn't notice it started airing xD. I heard the plot is predictable, but honestly, don't care, even a "predictical" plot can be great. Also, the drama watchers on here sometimes have trash opinions, no front, i want to make my own opinion of this drama haha.
I don't know if the writers just wrote it that way or if the wife is STILL sus. The HIV thing just doesn't add up. Like, she must have been either cheating, used a needle a hiv infected used etc. You can't just get that withouth coming in contact with someone that has it and getting their bodily fluids in your bloodstream. Then there is the fact that her husband could have been highly infect risk, you can get medicine that makes HIV basically harmless and untransmitable if you keep taking it, but there was a period of time where she didn't know she had HIV and didn't take anything for it!! Also we still haven't seen her without something covering her neck! And we stil have no explanation why she was with caged animals in several scenes, she is not telling the whole truth, that's for sure.
Ro-hee's mother also doesn't seem to be abusive at all in the flashback, is it just the father doing the experiments or is she just the "outcome justifies the means" kind of gal and is okay with the child abuse but still loves her daughter?
I am still trying to figure out the muder motive for the parents. Everyone of the shady people that supported the parents project wouldn't want them dead, even this kidnapper seems to only want to bring her back to the research. The only one with a motive would be the relative OR the parent decided to cancel Ro-hees research for whatever reason and the sponsors didn't like it.
