This drama is unbelievable - the plot is heavy and the acting cast is stunning. Watched it twice so far. Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum are incredible in the main roles, a pleasure and torture to watch! Watching the drama for the 3rd time now...
Curious about this drama as I just watched Kim Rae Won in 'The Prison' and his performance was stunning but am worried Shin Se Kyung will ruin this drama for me as she cannot express any other emotion on her face except for 'mild surprise' (which I find off-putting in a main role).
Sometimes I just wish the main story would be between two male actors - currently there are many male actors with great acting while majority of the females (in this "age group") that just cannot act and ruin the whole story - after all a movie/drama is a plot between characters not actors and they need to be able to portray the role.
...even, if they supposedly have sex - it's fake - this is not porn.
Reading the novel now and it's amazing. The characters much more fleshed out, in the drama there were some moments that I had no idea why they were happening and now the novel 'shows me the way'
I don't understand, it says 35 episodes here. Are the episodes after 18 coming soon - or is the series really like 2 seasons and the 2nd will arrive after a while...? (Also, cannot understand what's the deal with having at least kissing...it's all acting in the end...!)
Apparently Da Yu has his men attempt to gang rape Zhi Shiu and ZS knocks himself unconscious to avoid being raped...I…
But the writers would follow the character of the character (if that makes sense). Xuan DaYu seems exactly like a person who would do something like that - doesn't like to be disrespected but actually has nothing to be respected for. He trashed the whole gym room after all...
Incredible prison movie, the acting was superb - amazing acting cast - and the backbone of the story while not unique, very well developed. I loved the ending - it was quite ambiguous leaving one to speculate on what really happened. Definitely recomend it!
I completely agree, everything is spot-on for me as if I wrote it. Also the way the drama was portrayed was as if K2 and the politician's wife would have the main love story...
