I have read the book. I didn't know there was a drama on it!! Bruh! I have high expectations

Well, a lot of people really recommend the drama so I'm going to watch it. I now have really high expectations.

I actually really liked it. Probably because I didn't see the drama but it makes me want to watch the drama. I also don't like it when something is unnecessarily long so a summary is always my cup of tea.

I think I loved it because it wasn't focusing on romance but on the relationship between the four people.

I am not giving up on this drama being subbed. It has to be. Is there some kind of place I could petition for this to be subbed?

all versions of playful kiss are based on the manga which was written in the early 90s. He doesn't actually "steal" her or even have romantic notions for her. He just had a hero complex where he felt that she was not being treated properly.

Also before you are quick to call her a "bad fruit". HE WAS NOT BEING A GREAT HUSBAND!! He was not treating her like she deserved to be. God help you

In my own opinion, you should watch the first one because unlike the others, the Taiwanese version adds a bit more to the story which adds a bit more content to how the two leads become closer. It gives you a sense of connection when starting the second season (which is just the later half of the original story).

The first season is them in High school and them getting closer and the second season is after their marriage.

I personally like the Taiwanese version the best cause I think the actors had the best chemistry (and I promise you I have watched all the versions, including the anime)

This drama would have been better without the main romance to be honest. Just focusing on the 6 hwarang and their lives will have made it one of the best k-drama out there

The cast alone makes me feel like this will be good

I have watched them all and the characters they played were just too good to be true. Each actor did a WONDERFUL job playing them and ever since, I have been watching other dramas they have been in.
