Dahuang (dog’s real name) is actually a “tugou” which are dogs native to China, but I understand the confusion she does look a lot like a shiba.

She is a support role actually. CDL’s billing is credited as “special appearance” and she didn’t film many scenes.

May I make a suggestion to not mention other artists that aren’t in this drama on this page? I want to see discussion about MLC and its cast only.

On another note, super excited for the broadcast! I heard there will be another trailer coming before it airs.

I heard this drama would be aired this summer! Not sure if it’s true, but it’s one of my most anticipated dramas this year. Ni Ni suits Ye Liuxi so much!!

That would be great, but I heard Chengyi is still recovering from his injury (?) and I think the other casts are filming so I’m not sure how possible that would be…maybe they can do a livestream 🤔

Zhang Yaqin is an absolute gem! She looks really beautiful and her acting and action scenes really stand out. Actually what I like most about this drama is that they use real scenery/sets so even if it’s a low budget drama it still looks way better than some of those bigger productions on other platforms. I really love how the director shoots the historical scenes too.

I’m guessing we will definitely get an airing schedule somewhere around that date. As for the trailer, I think it might come the day it airs… staying mysterious 😆

I have a feeling we will meet the drama soon! Lowkey have been tired of all the romance dramas lately, so I’m really anticipating the suspense/mystery. 😆
