Except, again, it's not the same thing. If you look at all of Cheng Yi's other dramas the supporting cast all has the same billing title as they do here. It's shady that it's done in his dramas, but does that make them main characters? No. The issue here is the lack of respect given to the main lead with the way the promos were handled. If you wanted to use a scenario with WYB, it would be like if his agency coworkers were in the same drama then put in the same post as him for promo.

What Cheng Yi's fans are mad about is that 1) a makeup pic of Li Chenzhou was leaked and the blog made a post the day before June 10 to massively hype the incoming Dragon Boat Festival materials only for it to use pics that don't show his face clearly in the same post with supporting cast so they can ride on his coattails. The supporting cast also had their own concept videos while CY only had an eight second bts video. By unfollowing the blog, CY fans are making a statement that they will not do free marketing for the drama if the promo is not done properly.

It's not the same situation as WYB's thing at all. Cheng Yi's fans are mad because the blog did not respect him and he was being used to uplift unknown actors by putting them in the same post as him. They don't deserve free data from CY fans if they can't do the promo properly.

There are no friends in c-ent unfortunately. Billing is a very important thing in the industry and letting someone take top billing because they are an “older sister” would make CY a laughing stock. Liying only picks dramas that revolve around her character now, and same with Cheng Yi picking dramas that revolve around his character, so billing aside, it’s impossible for them to meet in a drama.

There will be some changes and additions in the drama, but the general story is about Wangquan Fugui (son of Wangquan Hongye and Dongfang Huaizhu) who is raised as a soldier without freedom and gets shown what the outside world is like by Qing Tong. QT is originally a spy sent to collect info from the Wangquan Clan, but after she becomes acquainted with WQFG, she helps him find his freedom. So the plot is not exactly centered around romance but it has romance elements.

You should watch Royal Nirvana. It's literally one of her best performances. She was also really good in The Knockout but then the cast was stacked with great actors in general.

No that's not true. The rumor was that the new technology that was used for filming Yuehong had issues, not that there were budget problems. Zhuye and Wangquan did not use this technology to film.
