Wait, what the heck? This is so goddamn good. How did I almost miss it? Absolutely fantastic chemistry and yearning! Also, the intimate scenes and the kissing are great; I'm just so happy to watch a JBL with proper kissing scenes and not like dead fish style TT

And I have to say - the casting of their younger selves is pure perfection! It's rare that the younger actors actually look like their grown-up selves, but they truly aced it here.

extremely tiny gripe, but it throws me off that august and augar are supposed to be twins, but one of the actors is mixed. like they clearly don't look like twins...

i actually don't understand why the kiss happened at the end of ep 2...

yeah, i thiink i might not be my not my preferred dynamic / pace either. i find myself engaged when there is intrigue or some drama, but that quickly gives way to a slow, slice-of-life pace with some humour and developing feelings. the FL is clever, that is for sure, but i guess i enjoy more fierce FLs. i find myself not enjoying the scenes where she acts cutesy/a little dumb as a manipulation tactic.

"are you the one"! i wouldn't say it's super similar but it has all the tropes you're looking for and i really enjoyed it.

can someone who loved the drama tell me what their fav parts of it are? i'm on ep 12, and it feels like nothing much happens ep over ep. it's all small interpersonal developments, and it it all feels very low-stakes and quite chill. i'm guessing the relationship is the star of the show: the development of mutual trust, etc?

i have a massive drama hangover after flourished peony so i'm considering this one to get more of the same actors. they had insane chemistry in FP and in the name of blossom!
