I'm so happy that instead of just ignoring/skipping over the cheating part, or showing the FL's boyfriend as an a-hole of a person, this drama is actually showing their guilt and struggles! I am shipping the ML and the FL, but at the same time my heart is breaking for her boyfriend too. *cries in kdrama*
What's the point? What's Wrong with Secretary Kim is gonna win everything it's nominated in, even though it wasn't the Best drama of 2018. deserving dramas are losing. These awards should really be named "Most Popular" instead of "Best" imho.
Honestly, I'm just going through the comments and everytime I see "Ah, xyz drama should have one" or something like that, I'm adding it to my 'To Watch' List xD
I don't think Goblin deserves so many awards. I really feels it's overrated and overhyped. I've heard so much better things about Because This is My First Life and Chief Kim, but they didn't even win a single award?
The only one award I passionately agree with is Dong Ha winning the best villain. He really is a good actor and I wish to see more of his work.
Can I just say that I absolutely LOVE the fact that neither of the leads are obsessive, possessive or jealous human beings. Instead they are mature adults who have always been by each other's side, supported each other, understood each other, and even left for the other's happiness.
When I see usual K-dramas I see misunderstandings and drama taking birth due to jealousy. The lead sees the guy with another girl and bam! now she'll get HELLA angry or sad.
Here, however, they trust each other and she actually understood why he is trying to portray that situation. They communicate, and try to understand what kind of person the other one is Does he want support or space..
Ugh, I can go on and on.
This is how relationships should be portrayed. This is how I'd want my ideal relationship to be. I LOVE THIS.
