Gaya Sa Pelikula is what BL should be. It is right to be tagged as BL. If you remember our previous arguments…
I don't disagree with all your points but I think there's a misunderstanding between what you think of as BL and what I think of as BL. To me, the guys in these shows not identifying as gay or bi is a toxic trope that needs to be gotten rid of- which I said before. I'm just saying wanting fluff sometimes is not bad.
Many shows have unrealistic plots, so I'm not sure about your last point.

Why do BLs have to be realistic? There are certain tropes they need to get rid of (I'm only gay for you for instance) but can't some of them just be escapist fluff? (Like many straight romances?)
I'm still ok with it. I didn't like the last episode, but I loved 11 of the episodes and only say I don't love 12 because it was sad. I don't know what happened with the last episode, if it was maybe difficult to finish because of worries about covid-19 or something, but I still really enjoyed this show for most of the time. I think Win showed so much promise as an actor and I'm really eager to see more work from him.
Well even before signing up for a bl series the actors know what they are getting into. Fan service is a promotional…
I have conflicting thoughts about this. Yes, they know what they're getting into, but a lot of these people use it as a springboard to get into other acting. They may feel it's the only way. They agree to act in the shows, which I think is fine. But why do they have to act outside the show? I think it affects the credibility of the shows in some way, like it's considered a "lesser" genre. And as for their personal lives, I understand curiosity or even disappointment in actors, but I don't really get fans scolding them.
That's the price of celebrity, I guess. I'm not sure it is something specific to bl ?
I think they could see the fans and be friendly, but I don't get why they have to pretend like they like each other romantically, etc. I like seeing actors that have friendships, too.
I agree with you to a certain extent. And if I were them, I probably would never be in another bl series again…
I don't really blame fans. I just think it encourages fans that would already be over the top to think these actors owe them relationships or access to every part of their lives. Some of these fan service events are just over the top. I remember that one video of Saint basically wearing woman's shorts over leggings, I felt awful for him.

I haven't seen any other genre where the actors have to do so much fan service, or where people feel so much investment in someone else's sexual orientation (to the point that they'll ignore what the actor says.)
I love this show, but why are people so interest in the actors' personal lives? If I was one of them I would never be in another bl again, it's like you have to pretend every second even when you're not at work
I didn't know that an episode of MingKit is all I needed to be sold with this ship! Lol this episode was super…
In the novel Kit's brother saw them kissing, not almost kissing like in the show. Ming said he was Kit's boyfriend because (since they were caught kissing) it would sound better.
I can see being upset about "the bed scene" because it wasn't a romantic moment, really. People were probably expecting something more like the scene in Obsessed, or maybe something sweet like in Right or Wrong. For me, I would like it if Tang Yi expressed his feelings more to Shao Fei. But everything that has happened fits with the characters and the story, and I'd rather have the plot make sense and work then be all about wish fulfillment for the audience. I personally have loved all the gang related stuff and one of my favorite scenes was probably when Tang Yi was beating that guy. I was really thrilled they didn't give us a cute sanitized gangster. And Jack and Zhao Zi haven't had a lot of time but all their time was quality. I can watch all their scenes together over and over and never get bored.
If you watch the subbed convo, though, Can clearly likes Tin and just doesn't get it.
I feel you, I was just worried he'd say something mean or completely deny he had feelings for Tin. Like clearly, it was a setup for season 2 so it sucks it doesn't seem to be happening.
I usually don't care about ratings, but a 1 is for a show you HATE. If the reviewers who rated the show 1 actually didn't like the show or couldn't finish it, I wouldn't care. But that doesn't seem to be the case, so...why a 1?
ACTUALLY... This isn't really the "final" episode. The "real final episode ending" will come out this Sunday.…
Do you know for sure though it's not just extra scenes like the extended kissing scene? I hope tin-can get some closure but I'm not sure the extra 20 minutes will give us that...fingers crossed though

Yeah the production crew has some kind of crafter, I would have been sad if I saw him cutting long strips of materialeith desk scissors
