I love it. I love both Kou and Futaba. Yes, Kou is "overly" empathetic with Narumi, but that's a reflection of the depth of the trauma and loneliness he experienced with his mom's illness and eventual death. However, he's not a total red flag. Kou is a flawed human, like . . . all of us, people. At his core is sweetness, but, yeah, he is a mess. I would be a mess myself if I experienced what he experienced. I fell in love with a man who was a mess when we first met, and now that he has worked through his issues, it's been blissful the last several years. Kou needed to process and Futaba was instrumental in that healing. Plus, there wouldn't be much of a plot if our bubbly, sweet, insecure heroine fell for the second lead. I did like Kikuchi, but I prefer Mr. Darcy's when I'm watching a romantic dramas. Give me the flawed, brooding heroes with a heart of gold anytime.
They do. But the subtitles usually aren’t good. I’ve been watching this on VIKI.
Thank you. I was watching it Viki, but i thought all the episodes were already in Mango, so i wanted to subscribe. But i will just wait for all episodes to be uploaded in Viki.
I’ve been watching and rewatching WIFTY using the YOUKU International app using my iPhone because I live in Hawaii. Now it’s finally in Viki, so I can use my computer; thus a bigger screen to enjoy the drama. But what the heck!! Granted I’be been rewatching my favorite scenes in Viki while I’ve been doing other things. Consequently, I haven’t really kept tabs on what Viki left out … but I got to the end of the last episode and VIKI left out the pregnancy announcement scene! After the wedding, they end it with Lu Rang and Zai Zai embracing in their high school uniforms. I was simultaneously bereft because it made the ending more bittersweet that it was the end of us being privy to their love story and upset that the pregnancy scene was cut. Sigh.
I’m still experiencing Rang Rang and Zai Zai withdrawal symptoms.
Did you check again in Viki? Because I am rewatching —i watched it in YOUKU first—and there’s subtitles.
Not really. I watched the whole series like 5 times in YOUKU app in my iPhone when it wasn’t in VIKI. I just play my favorite scenes in Viki with my computer, so I don’t know if there are changes.
I feel for both leads. They are imperfect humans, and it’s such torture to see them suffer, especially when they could be together and strengthen each other. It might be several more episodes cause this is 40 episodes versus the standard 24! Ugh.

Does anyone know if this was filmed before or after WIFTY?
