One moment someone lies on the floor, literally the next second he is standing on the other side of the room. I get it they are trying to save some time this way (?) but it's simply too much for me.

It's because you are downloading RAWs with tencent intro. Either find these with no intro or download program like aegisub and shift sub timing by ~9 seconds forward.
Everyone who has issues with wrong subs (untranslated lines etc), head over to youtube. Afaik, you can watch in on a legal youtube channel, no need to stick to those crappy fansubs.
