Chinese dramas sometimes have two versions - TV and DVD. There are raws for 48 eps version, but subs are available only for the 41 eps one. So it has *both* 41 and 48, depending on the version you are watching.

Not romance per se, but they... stare a lot. They clearly feel this and that, but that's not the focus of the drama. And let me tell you this, female lead is awesome. One of the few dramas that actually deserve the tag 'strong female lead'

Tbh, it's simply overrated and overhyped. First couple of episodes were fun to watch, even if a little bit cheesy, but around ep 6 (and especially after episode 8), the cheesiness went overboard, and the script became ridiculous.
It's not that the show is bad... it's simply average and generic.
So I hate characters that yell all the time or throw fits for no reason, especially female leads. On the other hand I like all that investigation stuff, forensic, autopsies and so on - so my question is: what is the ratio of yelling BS and female lead acting all useless/second male lead being annoying to actual stuff?
I never really understood the hype for Park Bo Gum, but after this drama, i'm seriously on board , his acting…
I also skipped parts, not only the romance ones but generally most of her appearing on screen since I knew that everything she says will be 'What? Why? I don't understand' anyway. Almost dropped drama after first ep, not only is she extremely poorly written, the actress that portrays her has annoying face as well. If only they picked different actress...
