Very sweet. These two have excellent chemistry. Jiang Chi was so sweet and Gu Buxia was adorable. I hope they do a season 2. I've looked forward to each episode of this drama as soon as I discovered it.
Also, in my opinion, the rewatch value is good. I've already rewatched several episodes before they aired the final episode lol.
Also Luv complementing himself when he’s getting ready for his first day made me burst out into laughter. Just the way he delivered those lines with the dubbed voice 🤣🤣🤣
Totally get this is supposed to be silly funny (with cringe) but the dubbing is hard to get past.
Okay the intimate scenes were pretty hot. Dino is quite... ahem... fond of using his tongue. A lot. 🤣 And the pacing and acting and non-existent plot... well... lol.
There's one background song I like in this show (that playful one they do - idk how to describe it) but the other music is just really disjointed and overly dramatic.
Chalarm and his omelette obsession was lovely tho.
Also why did Mean have one tiny scene? What was the point of him being there? ...?
This is so intense and I like how things are being set up. Lots of show not tell, which is refreshing. Well done drama so far and unique in a BL! (Obviously we’ve seen time travel but it feels like it’s cohesive and it’s not being rushed like I normally see) .
This is one of my favourite light-hearted series. Pretty simple story but I absolutely love how sweet Jiang Chi is with Gu Buxia. GU is a hot mess at times but JC seems to know how to guide him and calm him down. I just love them.
I'm really liking this so far! I couldn't watch the original Thai Why R U more than once tbh but I like this version because it feels fresh and more balanced to me.
Lol Ze Rui calling Ai Di for advice on what to do when your man is mad at you was epic. Felt like an old school "Dear Agnes, I pissed off my love interest. What should I do?" vibe. 🤣
Rewatching a second time. Truly NamNing is a great villain — you love to hate her and she really goes full evil villain til the end. I admired her blind, unwavering (and truly misguided) tenacity.
Best ep so far. I was struggling with this show but this ep made it all worth it. It was sweet. Yeah it was fast for the pacing of this show but welcome for me because honestly the cringe is really hard to push through lol.
