i understand fans or season 1 must be disappointed with change of casts. But they should realize the reason for new casting was because the original casts refused to come back so the production company have no other choice.

Studio Dragon should released the news about SJK and KJW dropped out from season 2 before the news about LJG and SSK's casting. They did them dirty and thrown LJG and SSK under the bus. sigh.

Still casting news and new actors already get so much hate. Imagine if both of them already confirmed.

The grave in the beginning of episode 12 is the grave of Cheonha's Telecom CEO. This scene also showed at the end of ep.4 (preview for Ep.5) when CEO Kim Chan-il got killed, and Heewoo found out that Han Ji Hyun was Pluto. Hence the woman didn't recognize Heewoo. Also Heewoo hairstyle. College look.
CEO's death was something that Heewoo didn't expect So the monologue about butterfly effect. Heewoo might feel sorry for him so he visited the grave.

scarlet heart ryeo popularity soar after the drama finish aired. when the drama aired back then (2016) it flopped in SK lost to PBG drama. And that time I dont remember netflix had kdrama.

about lack of romantic scenes, well actually in drama they inserted more heeah scenes than novel. heeah vs gyuri and heeah vs hanmi, none of it were in original novel. in fact the role of heeah very limited until first half of novel. I think the reason drama writer added several original heeah scenes was to make it more "believeable" and to make clear who will be end game for heewoo.

LBH is famous for directing/writing for movie extreme job, sunny and drama be melodramatic. He was the one who adapted Again My Life novel into drama. The reason why there are touch of comedies and smart conversations in this drama. kingsman reference for example.

most of viewers (korean) already know the story since novel is very popular. they cannot make it very different from original source, the fans of novel will complain.
JG himself already said (if im not mistaken in press con, video on YT) that againma is a easy cathartic drama in purpose to give cider/satisfaction feeling for all viewers during this hard times. No need to think hard just enjoy how the good guys beat bad guys.
but i understand how viewers had high expectation for him since Flower of Evil.

the drama more following the novel than webtoon FYI. Webtoon itself, same with drama, was an adaptation from novel. So if you want to make reference, use novel not webtoon.

but fyi this drama is adaptation from novel. webtoon itself was an adaptation from novel, There are some difference between novel and webtoon ( i didnt read novel since no one translate it) but from what i heard from korean fans, one of the difference between novel and webtoon is while webtoon omitted romance part, there's light romance in the novel. and we know exactly who the FL. So far according to them this drama is being true with the novel

Ah yah I know you are JG fan. Some people misinterpret their own personal preference as general standard. I have no problem with people didn't connect with JG acting, it's the matter of own taste but feel weird to see they also think JG didn't deserve all the praise . Curious if OP will tell us who "younger actors" she/he thinks can do better job than JG.
