Digging up the comment section and saddened to see people calling this series overrated when it's not. It deserves…
Thank you for posting this. I hope this would encourage everyone to give this drama a try -- or another try. The story, its warmth, honesty and simplicity might surprise them and might even knock on their heart and stay there for a long while -- if not forever. :)
5 years ago everyone was head over heels with this drama and looking at the comments now makes me feel old. :D…
For sure. I think it's because new dramas set the bar higher so when people watch old dramas some (or many) of them don't get the hype. But for me, a good drama is a good drama no matter how old it gets. :)
I'm not a fan of Noona love stories but I still watched this drama because of Lee Jong Suk and because some reviewers stated that the age difference wasn't quite obvious. Unfortunately, it was -- at least for me.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed watching the drama and am satisfied with how they wrapped things up. I'm also glad that they didn't focus much on the romance because that would creep me out.
I didn't expect I would develop a Second Lead Syndrome on this one because I love Lee Jong Suk. However, Yoon Sang Hyun's character (Attorney Cha) is totally admirable and has more depth than his. And that age gap -- I just can't get over that age gap. haha.
Overall, this is drama is a little in between okay and good. It took me two months to finish but it was interesting enough for me not to drop it.
Even though the plot doesn't make sense (how could be a genius doesn't realize that a person becomes a robot lol),…
Haha. I also thought it was ridiculous for a genius not to distinguish a human from a robot. I mean, he touched her quite often. How could he not notice? haha.
Speaking of chemistry, do you have a better actress in mind?
I'm hesitating if I want to start this drama. It has such good reviews but it seems like they're no romance in…
I'd say there's about 0.5% to 1% romance. So almost none at all. But that's not what this drama is all about. Although if somebody had told me that it had almost zero romance, I wouldn't have watched it. I got frustrated with how the main couple interacted. Nevertheless, it's a good drama -- it just won't satisfy your requirement.
I'd say the ending was bittersweet. Yeah but it ends on satisfactory note.
Depends on how you see it. For me, it's a sad ending because the male lead died. But it's a satisfactory ending for others because he died doing something he had been wanting to do. He knew he would die but he was happy to die that way. So it's a happy ending if you look at it from the male lead's perspective.
I had fun watching this! It's very light -- so light that the female lead cried without tears! hahaha. Plus, it's easy to watch because each episode only lasts for 15 minutes. ^^

No, I haven't. I'm afraid it will be a lengthy drama again with no romance. haha.
Fighting scenes are impressive. Romance is almost nonexistent.

Nonetheless, I need to watch this to satiate my curiosity.
Thanks for the tip! ^_^
