They have very silly rules - ancient Gods should be encouraged to love and marry to produce the next generation…
Ancient Gods are divine beings born out of thin air. lol. They are born from the energy of heaven and earth and will eventually die and give back their energy to heaven and earth. Hence, there is no need for any of them to reproduce. Just like when XZ was born, all the other gods were like "new god has emerged! what is his mission?"

In the novel, When she fights with beast and comes out of its body at last, she was covered with different kinds of poisonous liquids that were present inside that beast, also her hands were covered with blood. When she sees XZ, her sight is blurred out as she has absolutely no strength remaining in her, and she grabs XZ's face with those bloody hands and her hands smear it on his face before she knocks out in his arms.
In the drama, she had few marks on her face, her hand was clean.
The difference is too much. Hence the fights feel too light.
Didn't he imprison them for a century???? He did in the novel, For a 100 years.
Every fight is cut short. Be it her fighting fox beast, or that divine beast(pet of XZ), or those fireballs. Novel emphasizes fights much better than drama.

L&R is rather famous for the FL's "sifeng"× 1 trillion. And TTEOTM doesn't have a single episode where they don't vomit blood. But that blood vomiting being non existent here, is not making the fight look real for me. Having too much as well as not having them, both the extremes make a scene look different than it is. IMO.

They need to have LadyJin, she contributes quite a bit to the story. Those chapters will be shown like that happened, through hints. As far as i guess, that's it for a Cdrama
Why are they keeping every fight scene here so light. After that fireball attack, SL was so exhausted in the novel. But in here it looks more like she stopped some fireworks rather fireballs. I think after TTEOTM, they ran out of blood, so here nobody seems to vomit blood.

Actually they kept that fire ball scene quite short. Novel exaggerated it so much. By the time XZ arrived she was holding out the last of her strength, she was that exhausted, if i remember correctly, she also spits blood in that fight.
