great points! like you said, what makes s2 great is we’re getting closer to the actual root of the problem (systemic change and the law is needed, not just stopping the bullying). i think a lot of loose ends from s1 were tied, but their fight for change is still evolving

spoilers about captain jiseop (appreciation post)

hello i just want to appreciate son seokku’s character, im jiseop aka the captain! he stole the show for me, a lil biased but also for good reasons. in season 1, he was my first “sliver of hope” that this system could change after he disobeyed the special terror unit leader---huge deal since he was introduced as a character that sticks to order. the look on his face when he heard the gunshot from cho seokbong still haunts me. i’m so glad we got to see him develop further in season 2. he almost got swayed by corruptive order again by wanting to conceal the truth, but seeing him take that stand as a witness for kim ruri’s trial made me teary and proud. he identified himself as part of the problem (being a captain that HAS to wait for superior’s orders, therefore wasting time to protect their own soldiers). he is my second favorite written character after an junho, our ML. also son seokku was a perfect casting for him (he is VERY attractive too i love him lol) okay that is all, thanks for reading my ted talk.

just wanna say that i never skipped the intro so hearing ep 6’s intro broke me. wow even the music made me cry a lil too much

solid 8/10. don't really need to be into sports to enjoy the movie! I cried more than expected

Yay, glad I'm not alone LOL I guess the glaring lack of "logic" killed the show for some peeps, but personally I didn't really care. The story was gripping and acting was great!! and same, I first watched kim byungchul in mr. sunshine though (he's so funny there)

here again 2 yrs later, I feel like I'm one of the few people who actually enjoyed this (and rated it high, it's 9/10 for me lol)

I just spoiled myself the ending of part 2 and felt very angry and disappointed. dunno if I want to continue watching knowing that

can't stop thinking about this drama. need to rewatch it soon to cleanse my mind lol
