i also rated it 5/10. with that many episodes and so little to offer, it doesnt deserve more. i also strongly disliked the fl and her whole voice and mannerism and character.
I'm watching A Journey to Love rn and its such a good and fun drama to watch

it annoys me that in east asian series the characters don't bother to confront eachother and get answers or talk and discuss the matter. they just jump into conclusion. even when they ask the questions they never let the other person answer them. and her character kept jumping to conclusions every single time and it got exhausting. like you did it once and saw you were wrong, why do you walk the same path?
why didn't she just tell TTJ about Xiao Lin first, maybe he would release him or just help her in some way without undermining his own authority. and why doesn't she know yet that TTJ has animals watching everywhere for him. what does she even pay attention to ? she spends this much time with him and still doesn't know him

on ep 15, love this serie so far, the leads have such nice romance and the sidekicks are hilarious. the only downside is the sad ending I'm expecting

I'm on ep 26 and its kinda gotten hard for me to watch, like why did ye xi wu suddenly HAD to go release Xiao Lin? the misunderstanding between them keeps getting repeated and Ye Xi wu doesn't even bother to investigate further to lose hope in him on the other hand i understand why he loses faith because he hasnt received love all his life and its a hard process for him and her actions does not help at all. i did not understand why she had to drug him just to release the other dude and then go all the way with him to his camp.

what enrages me even more is that they're usually 36-40 episodes. i watch that many episodes and then get slapped in the face with main characters dying or sth stupid like that.
i am watching multiple stuff rn but i will give kunning palace a try later. thanks for the suggestion

bruh i just started this serie, whats with chinese and their sad endings? I'm new to cdrama and I'm already tired of their sh!tty endings. can i not enjoy any of their dramas without expecting a sad ending?

I've watched 7 cdramas as of now and only truly liked 2 of them. maybe it's because they have so many episodes or insist on having somewhat idiotic or annoying fl or because they have way too many villains in their series, it's like two leads against the world.and also I'd appreciate if they provided some explaination about how their world works, like how are they able to levitate and fly through the air

i can't really tell you what to do but if you think it's a waste of your time, i think it is better to drop it. or if u want to see a little more, you can watch in fast-forward. since it has so many episodes, for so many episodes i had to endure the fl crying about the God of War dude to the point it was annoying and the mutual love starts late in the story just to have Ml's little brother throw tantrums and try to kill her every chance he gets and then there was that ending which was supposed to be what? dramatic? it just made me : 🙄🫤

i can't decide how i feel about this serie, some part of the story is good and i like the ml and fl interaction and then there's the politics that i feel like i don't understand halfof what's happening and ml's father annoys me and hid decisions make little sense to me

yes, and he was never in sweeming team and when she went back in time he was already a trainee and didn't know her at all. and she wasn't on wheelchair either. they have some similar things like when she went back to the future the first time, her past self went to do exorcism because she couldnt remember the period her future self was in the past and the overall idea of the story is same but as i said, they're mostly different. both are good in their own ways

webtoon is incomplete and also different from tvserie. there is no murderer in webtoon and 90% of what happened in the serie did not happen in webtoon
