That was a really bold move in episode 13 and also a really shocking twist... In my opinion they should have done either one or the other, but not both. Doing both things, making the "(anti) hero" do some really questionable things and having someone important to him die at this point in the story, makes me not care at all what happens from here on out. To be honest this drama really took us for a ride. It builds up all the characters stories, makes us care about every single one and then rips everything apart by pulling the rug right from under our feet. I really don't see the point of watching the rest. I don't care if Kang Sung Mo catches and kills his father or if they kill each other or if they go to jail.... Bah i'm too depressed to even keep writing ;_;
I started watching this drama because of Jang Ki Yong. I loved him on Come and Hug me, so I decided to give this one a try. I was not disappointed at all. I expect great things from this actor in the future. I'm also enjoying the female lead a lot. She's smart, straightforward and perceptive. I'm gonna keep watching this. I hope it doesn't slow down.
After episode 7 I think I'm getting a little bit bored with this drama. Thrilling aspect is gone and we have less…
I had the exact same feeling. Up until the end of episode 6 I couldn't wait for the next episode, but 7 came out flat somehow. It seemed more like a repeat of everything else that already happened so far.
I just finished. It was enjoyable but it wasn't as interesting as I was hoping. I must say that the cinematography is beautiful and production value is high, but I feel the story is predictable at times and the pacing is awkward. Maybe it's because zombies are involved and I have watched too many zombie movies and tv shows. I feel that the characters are not that well developed and certain characters like Seo Bi or Young Shin could have a bit more of screen time. I'm still gonna watch the second season, cuz that cliffhanger is crazy.
What a fudging lame ass ending. Not only it was boring, it gave better endings to characters that were pointless and I didn't care about, such as Yoo Jin-woo's exes, than to the actual leads for fudging sake -.- How is Yoo Jin-woo a bug? If he is a bug then Se Ju and Marco are also bugs. what the heck? They are the reason this whole mess started. This ridiculous ending just accentuates even more all the flaws in the drama, that maybe could be overlooked, had the ending been better -.- sighh... the frustration e_e
I don't know how I missed this drama. I just randomly stumbled upon it while searching for something to watch. I binged watched all of the episodes so far and I must say, I haven't watched such a compelling, thrilling and interesting kdrama in a very long time. I absolutely recommend!
This is an excellent article and an important topic to discuss. From my own experience as kid, I still remember my mom telling me when I first started school: "I don't want you to get in fights at school, but I also don't want you to come home crying. If someone hits you (and only when), you hit them back too". I never got into any fights, but I also never let people mistake my shyness for weakness :)
