IMO it’s not even the same situation, so it’s not exactly fair to compare it...
1st situation was when ZX didn’t show up to help becoz he was stopped by his dad... he was in perfect condition, it was his decision to go or not... he finally did, but it was too late... if JBN had waited for his rescue, she would’ve died... remember Yongqing Prince said that it was easy for him to kill n just replace JBN with another girl n saying that girl is JBN... luckily LQ came to save JBN...
2nd situation was when LQ got badly injured, he was shot by lots of arrows, n some of those arrows were aimed at JBN, so he actually protected n saved her... when JBN was gonna leave him to distract the Yongqing people in order to protect LQ, he didn’t exactly let her but then he fainted due to his injury... n the first thing he did when he woke up was asking for JBN n immediately went looking for her...
Based on the scene afterwards was also what differentiate LQ n ZX... ZX was late to the rescue n somehow still thinks that he’s entitled to JBN just becoz he finally decided to go against his father’s order... so eventhough JBN was saved, he was just so mad at LQ becoz he loses her n that’s something he doesn’t wanna accept... But in the situation with LQ, he felt so guilty about not being able to protect her despite his injury, that he even wondered if it was actually better if JBN was with ZX instead of him... he always thinks what’s the best for JBN no matter what... not like ZX who always thinks only of himself, that he is entitled for her just becoz of his equal status n he is the best option for JBN... it doesn’t even cross his mind that he needs to ask what she wants? Who she likes? For him those questions don’t matter, n that already makes him loses to LQ...
Zhao Xi became a puppet emperor under that Zhao Xiao , try to get help from Li Qian, but betray him under Zhao…
Zhao Xi will be the Emperor after his dad Zhao Yi dies... however since he is still a kid, JBN will be his regent n rule on behalf of him... after a while, the ministers will somehow make JBN turn in her power as the regent...
Then the Empress of Zhao Yi rules as the Empress Dowager but controlled by her grandfather, since she is dumb... after that Zhao Xi becomes puppet Emperor for ZX... n it’ll end with LQ & JBN as the Emperor n the Empress living with their 2kids...

Hehe ok... i’m just saying, if u like JJY in yunxi, u’ll like her better here... her character here is smart n witty, development from Yunxi in LOY n FuRong in TBARP... the same goes to JZ, his character here is good, smart, loyal with supreme martial arts... so far no misunderstanding between them coz they luv n trust each eventhough they r surrounded by a bunch of evil n dumb people.. plus they both look good!

But u should watch this drama, it’s good! I know so far no proper kiss n knowing JJY, we might not even get 1 till the end... however her chemistry with JZ is just so good! Small hugs n stolen kisses here n there is enough to show how lovey dovey they r as a married couple... their skinship is believable... plotwise is so far so good...

Yeah, JZ has no probs with doing the real kiss, i’ve seen his dramas... JJY on the other hand as far as i know only do the peck on the lips kinda kiss... i always wonder about that, if that’s a personal preference or is it the idol image that prevents her from doing a real kiss...

Hopefully it had nothing to do with JBN’s parents... i know the amulet must be related somehow, but still hoping it won’t be a direct connection, something like JBN’s parents was responsible for that fire... i’m sure we’ll still have a happy ending... but that kinda plot could separate our leads for a few eps n i don’t want that... that’s what i call unnecessary angst creates for a major drama when they have nothing else to throw in the plot to maximize the last major misunderstanding...

LQ will be transferred somewhere else thx to the Emperor n ZX being sore losers for not getting JBN... JBN will have to deal with some probs at her husband’s home, mainly evil jealous SFL n his stupid stepmom...
I suggest u keep on watching... it’s getting more interesting going forward... n if u like cute romance, the leads’ chemistry is good! Their sweet moments r def worth to watch...
