Just my opinion, but KangSu is very passive all of the time. His brother gets hit by SR’s father… nothing. He’s a highly trained Navy Seal, I don’t know if they have a different reputation in SK, but he should be able to restrain a middle aged or older man. I like the character but he was in the service for 10 years I think. Even if it’s less… 🫣🤔🫤

When the 3rd brother HS was going off on a tangent, I really wanted GS to say F off… but she’s better than that… The soon to be ex-sil has to go away! They need to lock their doors always!
I think JI began as a good person. Certainly sheltered from difficult things by her mother and she believed her husband too. The constant apologizing without ever trying to defend herself is so sad. While, I’m not sure how old she is on the show, but her reactions are out of decades of (forced?) practice. Or a coping mechanism.
And everyone in her world turned on her at once. That will hopefully (🙏🏻) come to an end soon. But old habits die hard.
I’m not sure in a revenge dramas when the revenge starts… I hope soon.

You are not alone at all on this line of thought… it doesn’t make sense. Some theorized that a different writer took over when the show was extended and maybe they didn’t know the characters as well as us who have watched since episode 1. 🤔🫤😊

Good question. I think the daughter only calls when the mom disappears with no notice to the daughter (no call or text saying mom won’t be home tonight).
The daughter knew her mom (CS’s wife) was going to SK. Sadly, like you said, she didn’t let her father know in advance.
She might have been told the father knows or she said to the daughter she want to surprise her father. 🫤
