She wants to go slow he keeps pushing her to go faster and faster… even to call him “honey” she’s just not in that space yet.
He’s had 15 years to get through and over his loss! While I don’t know exactly how long, it’s definitely been less than a year for her.

To me, she hesitant - almost embarrassed to be dating - while living in her husband’s house. Still feeling his loss.

I hope tomorrow he sticks up for himself and GS tomorrow!
But probably not for a couple episodes. I hate that full grown adults just remain silent and that’s called respectful, 😡

His mil has to offer GS money to leave DS first, especially now that she thinks she’s a gold digger!
& Why was that golf pro sitting in the lobby talking so loudly? The chairman would have kicked him out if he saw him, I believe!! They has a physical altercation last time they met.

Today’s episode for me was a mixed bag… some stories seem too conveniently resolved or seemingly resolved.
Then the others seem to be headed up “trope mountain”.
I’m not assuming I’m right, but it felt that way while I watched episode 41 today.
Let’s see if this show can keep the tropes to a bump or two and not a mountain range…

If she was in a boarding school or some other program as a minor in another country, how did she not face any consequences that you mentioned? Was she living in her own in Canada or the US… then if she was unsupervised that explains a lot.
I said boarding school because that’s what I thought she was in, but her behavior was uncontrollable so KC just “fixed” the issue with $$ ash’s moved her?

Also originally I thought she was a product of the chairman having an affair with her biological mother. However it’s been alluded to that is not the case and someone else is her mother (I don’t want to give it away here) so she should before the chairman is her estranged, but bio father right?

I agree, though I’m not sure of the history but did the chairman’s older 3 children grow up with him in a home with parents? That could be a big factor why they know about consequences. SeRi grow up away from home in a boarding school (maybe that’s an old term) with no prenatal oversight. And when she got in trouble doing something wrong it illegal her big sister fixed it, even though KC knows about consequences. She’s not trying to instill any lessons (in SR) that she learned growing up. Also, I’m sure this is related to Kdrama super rich but they don’t want their children to learn right from wrong. Or have any integrity. Or morals.I grew up where telling the truth was valued & expected. In this show it’s definitely the opposite at least for the rich family. Finally, there chairman said to KC that if you have to knock someone down, make sure they don’t get up - talking about the girl SR assaulted. So even his value system is skewed away from honesty & integrity. Buying his way out of natural consequences. Sorry this is so long, so much for a quick reply?!? 🫣
