I read in the translated excerpts from the novel, if I'm not mistaken, they were cannibals. They tortured and…
The fk. That's horrible. I guess they don't get stomach aches since they are used to it

It’s normal and a very natural thing to say however illogical it may sound. It’s called being human.
It's different compared to today's surgeries where anesthetic is applied. One of my parent did a small surgery, and I asked her if it hurt a day after her surgery. She had pain killers and it's been some time after the surgery, while CSS asked right after she pulled the arrow out of him with no pain killers or anesthetics to help, so common sense is that it would ofc hurt. I'm not badgering particularly on CSS, but basically the logic of all cdramas that use that line RIGHT AFTER an injury. if CSS or any character asked this while visiting the patient then sure it would still make sense. No matter any explanations, I will think the timing of when to say it will make it less laughable. I do think it would better to ask him if he's ok instead of asking if it hurts. A change of word would've made it more realistic.

I think it's normal to ask something like that. Just like when you see a kid falls and whether they are bleeding…
no she didn't ask is he ok, she specifically asked if it hurts. That's what makes me smh.

I think it's a normal conversation 😂. I myself, if any of my friends injured, I unconsciously ask the same…
Makes sense. She couldn't switched to "are you feeling better now" instead of does it hurt.

these rebel soldier are horrible. They didn't even leave Miao's body intact, instead she's killed and slaughtered apart. I'm actually surprised CSS volunteered to kill those rebel soldiers, very tough of her to do this. I don't think I could ever kill anything, maybe ants.

I'm sorry but when CSS asked LBY if it hurts...when she pulled the arrow out of his chest. Like no brainer ofc it hurts. I don't understand why every drama they would ask this dumb question. I find it ridiculous, not just when CSS asked it but every drama exists that asks this question lol.

Edit: Other than that, I do want to say CSS did very well throughout the whole scary scenario between fighting off the rebels and taking care of the injured and doing surgery for LBY

I'm very proud of CSS's bravery and level headedness when she's faced with scary and life threatening obsticles. She's able to stand up and be a leader even though she's terrified herself. I'm definitely enjoying Lusi in this drama more than any of her other dramas. I've always just been a passerby, but now I'm starting to be fond of her in dramas. Her acting has definitely grown, although she still keeps part of her infamous quirky, mischevious, funny and comedic roles, CSS is definitely a step up. I guess WRTW would be a different role she challenged herself but I couldn't get into the drama.

I believe Jang Wook is still inside his body. I don’t want to see that minion having Jang Wook’s soul. 😂
Oh right, what happens to the original soul that's being swapped right? I just assumed the victim's soul would go to the soul swapper, but then with Mudeuok's original soul it's still in Mudeok's body. So I guess UK's soul is still in his body, jut being dominated by that creep's

I hope UK gets his body back!!! It's kinda unsettling, for me anyways, that UK gets stuck in this dude's body.

I usually separate intl and mainland views/ratings etc. Mainland china's perspective on the drama and how well or bad it's doing in china is more imoortant than how it's doing intl. It effects the drama itself and the actors more directly as there's always competition daily when a drama airs. Fans shows statistics of how the drama is doing daily such as whether they are on the top 20 online/tv drama(usually top 3 matters most), top character chart, how many hype points, viewership volumne etc. If these are good then the actors benefit bc they may get more sponsors, awards, better resources for their next drama or even invited to vs.

So an intern from Restaurant said 7 was never on the list of candidates to be selected for the show. It was just rumors. They just used 7 to create hype. There's 0 news about her project, it's weird there's also no ml rumors also. I think she's just taking a month break before joining another drama

What! FL ain't her daughter. Jin, the woman was there when FL's dad got killed.
MuDeok, not Naksu. I think the blind girl is the long lost daughter! I think MuDeok is stuck in Naksu's body forever, unless she tries to jump into another body since her OG body is burned

When can MuDeok be recognized as the Jin lost first daughter so she can marry UK, thus saving his ass from the duel with crown prince.

We don't care as foreigners, but China is very prideful and patriotic. Bc of the past with Japan, they have this grudge or hatred for what the Japanese did to their people. They are very prideful and proud of their long history and culture, so they would think why use other countries' culture when they have their own. Also, they dont' want to be called copy cats. There's a post that Koreans are making fun of this show and China saying China are doing their usual things and stealing/replicating other cultures etc. This has turned political in some ways. I don't know how this show got passed and was given the ok.

How did this show do in china? Can anyone tell?
Bad. The show is trending now for being taken down, which means people in China can't access it anymore. They were in a rush to air it all before taking it down, I watched a video said that it aired 3 eps daily. There's controversy for looking like a Japanese drama with the bow in the female dresses and The japanese hat and sushi. This caused LLTG to quickly edit out the bows on Lusi's dresses. Basically this drama became a flop. Also, there's a new rule made that Chinese period films can't use foreign culture

I don't like the type of tough love. No everyone excels from this type of love. I prefer the loving and nurturing type. This mom is tough on fl and then behind her back she tries to be a benevolent mom or w.e...ugh the fl doesn't see this so she won't know so no one should blame fl for feeling what she feels.
