Finale recap https://www.tonboriday.com/2025/09/learning-to-love-drama-ending-explained.html
Itās a nice write up⦠but it doesnāt sound like they watched the actual last episode. The article sums up episode 10 and only includes some scenes from the episode 11 preview.
EP 11 SPOILERSI love Manamiās final monologue š„¹ Change doesnāt happen overnight. Taiga has become more…
I also loved the scenes with Manamiās parents. Her motherā so strong and brave. Her father was okay too, although the entire episode was sort of crammed, I felt like his character development needed more time too. But I loved when mama destroyed those herbs šŖ“ and then at the end the cute scene of papa sneaking happily into the kitchen to cook food and the zooming in to the seedling š± growing in the pot. Papaās growth! š
The final ep 11 just aired in Japan tonight/today, so good English subs won't be out for a bit. But there are 2 uploads of the episode on dailymotion. Here's one of them: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x9qsmc8
If you use a VPN and watch it on the official page, the auto translations in the Chrome browser are actually not bad. https://tver.jp/series/sra6s9jd34h
Oh my GOD!! This drama just does NOT let up!!!! 1) What were they writing to eachother on the back of the flyer?2)…
In the writing scene, Taiga was responding to Manami when she told him that she only wanted to be by his side (while they were lying on the floor). He wrote first, "I want to be by your side, too." She writes, "Thank you." Then he writes, "Do you want some wine?" and she laughs at that and writes, "Yes." Then he writes, "Ya, cheers!"
The reason he writes it instead of saying it, was touched upon earlier, when he was talking to Tsubasa. Taiga feels like he's always played a role before when saying such things as "I love you" so easily to his customers, but when it comes time to say it sincerely, he feels as if he can't say it because it's so real and serious to him. š„¹
Lots of tears until the end, then itās happy. There is closure for a lot of the characters. I would have taken more happy scenes with Taiga and Manami over the screen time for the other characters like the Pietas students, but one can hope for an extra special episode afterward, maybe perhaps. š„¹
Raul and Kimura Fuminoās acting was really top notch in this episode. Their scenes were SO EMOTIONAL. So well done, even if Iāve said it a hundred times already.
For anyone who already watched the final episode, how is the ending?
Happy ending, but leaves you wanting more of them together. Lots of tears throughout the episode. Absolutely beautiful ending scene with both of them and the monologue by Manami.
anyone know if ep 10 is eng subbed yet somewhere? I checked onetouch and kiss and nothing yet.
onetouch is usually ahead of kiss, but still usually takes about a week. I was able to use a VPN and watch on TVer with Chrome's auto-translate and piece things together with some minimal knowledge of Japanese. If you have a Mac, I recommend the VPN Japan app for free.
[not necessarily a spoiler so I won't hide this š ]Watching EP 10 right now and honestly... the show's choice…
I have thought early on about the choice of Catholic school for Manami's job. It's totally in line with the control and purity aspect from her father (since he's the one who got her the job).
Also really really really loved the first 12 minutes of ep 10. I really don't have time to be watching the episode in full but AGGGHHH couldn't help myself. Does my kid really need to go to his orthodontist appointment now?? š¤£
