So I actually started Lighter and Princess but couldn’t get into it. I start a lot of dramas but don’t finish a lot of them. I will probably go back and try it again. Same with her other drama with Chen XingXu.

I came right here to say this. 😁 I didn’t think he did wrong in the last episode, and after all this, I just feel for the Shen brothers. How two young men came from such snobby materialistic parents and grandparents is beyond me.

Honestly, if anyone wants a happy ending, stop at episode 16. It doesn’t tie up all the loose ends but it leaves you where the main leads are happiest.

ML dies abruptly, although there is a link below to an extended ending by he still dies. If you like following the story and how they got there more than the ending, I suggest watching it. Especially if you like angst and don’t mind lack of communication among the leads LOL. I can make a different ending in my mind. 🥹

I’m probably in the minority, but I can’t help but miss seeing Zheng He Hui Zi play Yang Cai Wei. Loved the first few episodes, but then it’s dragging once JJY starts. 😢 I’m watching it now mainly for LXY and the story. And the few flashbacks with ZHHZ.
