this one feels like watching a drama. wth is this?? i feel sorry for the late KSR, she was at the peak of her…
He has been through major trauma. I mean his ex ki**ed herself on his BIRTHDAY! He was so shocked he didn't even react, he just kept opening fan presents!!! Obviously it was a huge blow to him, and left him so emotionally bereaved that he couldn't even cry! He's already battling his own demons, what with being an attempted arsonist and all which he had to recover from, he doesn't need other people judging him right now. Hiring him at this point and making him work is just exploitation of the mentally ill and/or emotionally distressed. He should be allowed to step down from acting to focus on his mental health, not forced further onto the public stage. I support Prada's decision to allow him to take a break from any business related activities so he has time to heal.

Just started this, wowwww Zu Er's character is so pretty! Her look is so unique.

Question: If I want to skip the "crappy ending", where should I stop at? If I want to read the actual HE the author had in mind, does anyone have a link for where I can check that out too?

Yknow, court aside... this guy just isn't a good role model worth all the investment in things like prada and disney etc.

For some people who don't know anything about K-drama and will only ever watch maybe 3-5 k-dramas in their lives, so what shows are we talking about, say like Flower of Evil or CLOY...

Wouldn't it be embarrassing if someone who was supposed to be kind of like "The face of S Korea", was a guy who tried to set his high school on fire, said his future GF should want to die because of him, and got caught laughing at french lingerie like a teenage creep talkin bout korean womens' bodies?

So I mean just whatever happens in court, fine. But just on like a common sense level, I think it's appropriate for companies to not want to invest in his future career at this point.. I've seen enough to conclude he's a troubled individual, personally. He should take a long break from acting, and focus on therapy imo. I support his early retirement in order to devote his time to his own mental health.

It takes a really special person to try to set fire to their high school. idk. Just that alone seems like it warrants some form of therapy. Definitely if he was in some kind of Netflix blockbuster, that's like... not S Korea sending their best.

You are probably far from criminal justice (I don't want to be rude) - everything that concerns a criminal investigation…
If he does that, Disney will leave him homeless and starving in a dumpster without a cent to his name. Aint no way that's ever gonna happen. Besides narcissists don't admit guilt because they don't think anything's their fault... ever. He will fight every step of the way for sure. There's so much money at stake its insane.

Cnedx1, a Google search confirms there was no mention anywhere for a NJ knife attack (EDIT: New York JFK airport)…
it's not about freedom of the press, it's about what the press in that area decides is "newsworthy". Different outlets have different political stances and different attitudes. In the US, press outlets even have a long tradition of officially endorsing political candidates. Which seems kind of a weird thing for a supposedly "impartial" outlet to do, but they do it all the time.

Whatever it sounds like to you, no news outlet in LA is going to report on every crime that happens in LA because it would make LA look like a criminal cesspool, so they just pick and choose what different crimes to report based on factors like 'what were the races involved' 'what else is going on today' 'what was the weapon used' 'where did it happen at' etc.

I'm not saying anything except the fact that it wasn't reported by a major outlet doesn't necessarily mean it didn't happen. It only means it wasn't reported by press outlets as having happened.

> "News outlets in the USA are insanely quick to post articles on every little incidence"

It depends on a lot of variables whether something like this would get reported. Some cities and/or states and/or press outlets night take a pass on reporting things that don't fit their narrative. For example, if it's not gun crime, it might not get attention. If it's not white-on-black crime, it might not get reported. If it's in a very high-crime area, it might not get reported. If it happened on the same day as a bunch of other really newsworthy stuff, it might not get reported.

The best way to find out, is to check if the city in question has a local police dept twitter that updates with local crime, a local police dispatch map that's updated regularly, or a publication that reports specifically on local crime incidents.

In my city, someone on the end of my block just last week was busted for building a bomb that accidentally exploded in is garage, the whole street was closed off and there were bomb squad units and police in tactical gear swarming the place, and it got no coverage at all because there's so much crime in my city and if they report it all, it makes my city look high-crime and they have motives for trying to cover that stuff up.

But in another city, that might have made big headlines.

So now that it's a formal criminal lawsuit against him, run these through national forensic agency already and…
Fun Fact: He was also a high school arsonist. When asked his reasoning behind this, he said "Because it looked cool" which is the kind of defense that might have worked... if he was literally a 5 year old.

https://sg.news.yahoo.com/video-kim-soo-hyun-s-past-as-an-091038972.html

Because everyone knows tons of people who casually committed high school arson. This is all perfectly normal behavior....

(... for a sociopath)

So, what do we have, just the facts:1) Garosero - the girl Tzuyang won the case against HOVERLAB - she accused…
for your point # 1, that Tzuyang won the case against Hoverlab, they did not, at least not according to the source links you provided. What is actually happening is that:

A) Tzuyang accused HVLB of blackmail, and the court originally tossed her case out.
B) She appealed and won her appeal, and this allows her case to proceed to court.
C) As part of the standard legal procedings, HVLB was issued an injunction by the courts that prevents them from further discussing her online until the case is resolved.
D) The case is unresolved and currently still in court. No judgement on the blackmail has been passed yet, as the original blackmail case is still pending.

then for point # 2 about the "aunt" claim... "aunt" and "uncle" have different usages in asia than they do in other regions of the world. That could very well have been an issue with cultural translation.

This is just about the previous poster saying: "Did you see this with your own eyes??? Or do you believe the channel that was just accused of blackmail by the court!" and me wanting to know if that was a true claim or not. Which it wasn't.

Maybe we could believe the dead Kim Se Ron, who went through hell because of her lover and her lover's agency?
If someone meant that much to you for that long... and then later you decide to make that final tragic decision to no longer be among the living, and you do that on the birthday of someone who had been that important in your life... aint no WAY that's not a deliberate message, imo. Not coincidence.

TYSM, so according to these articles, they have not been judged as having stalked or blackmailed by the courts, they are still in the middle of legal procedings, and in the meantime, an injunction has been ordered to prevent GS from posting shit about Tzuyang.

So... jury is still out, but the case has been allowed to proceed after review by what basically amounts to an appeals court.

I appreciate the source info very much, ty. Good to keep in mind as this case develops as well.

Hmm.... is any of this forensically proven tho? Imma wait till it goes to court
This is a dimension of this whole story that baffles me. If I was on EITHER side of this issue, I would get like 50 forensic specialists to verify my shit. Yet in this story both sides have kind of glossed over that part of it, and it's the one thing that would hold the most sway for me as to what I believed. Why has neither side done multiple forensics tests, it's not like they don't have the money to do it.

Courts don't accuse people, people accuse people and then take that to court for them to decide. Anyone can be accused of anything in court, but it's the final judgement that matters... was there ever an official ruling against GS by a SK court?

New claims by Garosero is hard to believe. Did he started watching way too many kdramas? Hitman, Fbi, Mossad. How…
"In the neck area" is how it was worded, and as long as none of the injuries compromises the major arteries or trachea, survivability is possible with immediate medical attention. Airports are full of people capable of first-response to emergency medical situations, so that's not totally implausible.

Can someone get stabbed in the airport and there not be news about it... in the USA, yes. This is due to cities and states not wanting to always report on each individual violent crime, because it makes their city/state look like a high crime area. This is especially true in areas that are already hi-crime like LA... if LA press reported every violent crime that happened, it would be a list a mile long.

However.... even in a high crime area, a crime such as the one described seems to me like a highly reportable incident. Even if the FBI took over the investigation and then wouldn't confirm they are working that case (which happens all the time), there could plausibly be some evidence of the alleged incident if anyone happened to be listening to police scanners in the area at that time, or if 911 dispatch recorded a 911 call about it.

The problem with that is in airports, there are so many different types of LEO's that could have been the first responders, and not all of them have a way of the public knowing about it. If the first responders were cops, it could be on 911 calls or recordings of police scanners, but if the first responder was Fire, EMT, US Marshalls, TSA, or FBI then there might not be such publicly available info.

The stock photos do not add anything to his creds tho. That was a bad move, regardless of the veracity of the claims.

I just finished ep 1.... this is good sh*t right here. First she says she wants his kidney, so she points a gun at it. Then in the operating room, the anesthesiologist is applying a cucumber face mask on the patient. Then the bad-girl goes "she's back in the country" and shows the guy a stock photo of a random vehicle as proof.... then after saving the FL from an operating table on which she was supposed to die he goes "Your stepfather and stepsister seem not to be good people." She hires him as her bodyguard for 10 mil, and he agrees and then he says "I won't risk my life."

Already 11/10 from me.
