He was no where near awful.

We are talking as if that girl who killed herself is an innocent lamb.

her actions would have destroyed countless children's lives.
Whatever her reason, she had no right to harm students by doing what she did.
Just because her victims don't have faces does not mean there were no victims.

ML is right in calling her out. That woman has no business teaching children.

Same goes for the teacher who leaked the book.
These 2 women, to solve their own issues did not blink to harm others.
To say the ML was harsh to these women is an understatement.
They should be in jail and never be allowed to be teach.

Kings Avatar was a blast,
probably the best of it's genre. Having zero romance in that drama was the best thing that ever happened to it.

in YAMG, i liked those slow middle few episodes.
It was where the ML was reflecting on lot of things and when he eventually decides to be with FL, you are convinced that he is all in and really loved the FL.

Watched ML in couple of dramas, My fav of his would be 'you are my glory'. His character was very interesting in it.

Watched few dramas of FL, except for one, rest were mixed bag for me.
In this drama, her character is top notch.

regarding the ML character, it's not bad but I want to see more range of emotions by the end of the drama.

FL is much more interesting than the ML.

ML is not bad but his character comes across as bit bland.
Does this change in later episodes?

First few episodes in, this is an enjoyable drama.

It looks very heavy on romance with a minor story arc to complement the romance between the leads.

ML has some characteristics of a typical ML but he is not a jerk.
FL is feisty and seems to be going for what she wants.

I won't trust recommendations from anyone who say they liked BP.

It is simply the worst Kdrama I have watched since I started watching kdramas around a year back.
The FL was literally garbage.
The ML was supposed to be this powerful CEO but is shown more or less as a spineless wimp.

That's disturbing.

How is it acceptable as a society to pressure someone into drinking by socially shaming them!

Now these dramas seem more disturbing.
Instead of taking on a social responsibility to show how negatively drinking is affecting society, these dramas practically glorify drinking, especially female drinking.

Is it because these studios and shows get a lot of money from booze companies to show them in good light?

Was not that sold on the first 3 episodes, they were not bad, just that it did not show anything interesting for this genre.

Episode 4 showed glimpses of some nice twists and surprises in the offering and the whole episode was pretty good.

All the set pieces are in place and in play by now and hopefully the show takes us on the promised roller coaster ride.

That's pretty much a pandemic.

Not sure why the Korean dramas seem to glorify drinking!
If anything these dramas should take social responsibility in showing irresponsible drinking as a menace.

Not just Korean dramas even Chinese dramas glorify excessive drinking as some sort of achievement.
Found it pretty disturbing to be honest.
Lot of Female characters in these dramas get pissed drunk and don't know how they ended up where they are the next day. These dramas portray that as a funny scene. In real life that should be pretty terrifying for any woman.

Can easily see young people watching these dramas and trying to ape the same since the content is shown as fun and something a cool person must do.

never been to Korea

Well, this drama's ML and FL are so similar to the ones in ABP.

Just like ABP, this drama also has a ML, who is 30 year old rich, famous and successful man, who never had a girl friend.
He sees the pathetic FL crying over another man & then proceeds to fall in love.

What's with Asian drama obsession with ML who never had a girl friend
and
the FL who always cries over another man in front of the ML.

If this story line in every drama does not make you puke, I will introduce you to a rich, handsome, a CEO who never dated anyone in his life.
Then, the fantasy will be fulfilled.

It deserves to be shat on and I am doing the needful.

Webtoon was fantastic in developing ML and FL and their relationship.
Once they get together, you are convinced as to why they got together.

The drama was a mess.

Petition to rename this drama as
'The Evil Wench and the stupid President'

Like most Asian drama ML's, he became dumb after falling in love with the FL.

Well, the FL is in love with another guy all through the drama.
The final episode episode of the drama has the FL confessing her love...not to the ML but to the other guy.

If you think thats not a love triangle and something you would like, go for it.

Really hope that's not the case.

That would be absolutely unfair to the FL.

At the best, ML can understand what she did what she did but if they show his feelings for the 2FL this late in the drama - it would be really bad.

The whole show was exactly that. Since episode 1 we get to see repeatedly how much the FL loved her crush.

At the end of the show, FL was in love with Min Woo.
but she also was physically attracted to the ML.

So, she basically traded her love for money, power and sex.

Where that leaves the ML? in a good place I hope.
Since he will be the one shagging the girl, even if she is thinking of the other guy.

me too, simply loved the webtoon.

Except for the names of the characters, this drama has nothing to do with the webtoon.

Hope someone makes the webtoon into a drama without changing it,

BP is probably the worst Kdrama I have watched.

There was nothing but romance for the drama to concentrate on and they screwed it royally.
