It's just me or some one else think that couple look kind of don't match.... FL lead kind of look old and ML look…
She's five years older than the lead actor. What's the big deal. Plenty of male leads get to have a lot younger love interests. 'The Heart Wants What It Wants'

It's over. That last episode sure dragged on and on. Endless tears are shed until the knight in white shows up to make the fairytale come true. Engaging leads in a quirky story. Can't get enough CXX.

The one sung by a female singer which is also the ending credits song? Lu Yao
I see. Well, I haven't been able to find anything else so I'll just watch those parts of the drama again that has beautiful songs in the background.

I found the whole OST on YouTube and the voice I was looking for just seems to go by the initials C.J. singing a song called 'Rest of Life'.

LOTL is a contemporary drama with supernatural aspects. Dilraba is a sculptor with a historic lineage that has to interact with the creatures. CXX is in the enemy camp but it doesn't take long and they join forces. Out of that come a romantic relationship which is very pleasing to watch.

Here because of Bai Yu. Turns out this drama is epic and he isn't (so far). Just finished ep. 10 where raping and pillaging are the order of the day then it devolves into close and personal barbarism.

This is just nuts. She's in some game stringing him along in 1996 in order to go back to the present I have no idea what's so great about her present. Does he exist 20 years in the future? How old would he be? Is she still close to her school friend? Her pretend ex is back. Sounds like she's been giving him all her money. How dumb can you be? If it wasn't for CXX I'd turn the page and get out fast.

'The Emperor has lost his mind'. Now what? It's all a bit confusing so far, but is shaping up to be a powerful historical drama. Great character brought to life by great actors. What's not to love?

Absolutely first rate. Looking forward to watching My Pages in the 90s. For me he outdid himself starring with Dilraba in Legend on the Turquoise Land. What a hunk and he can kiss too.

I'm really motivate to watch with for Bai Yu but the countless characters being introduced every few seconds and the immense cruelty is making my eyes pop out.

Great romance with the added benefit of an intelligent and likable FL who behaves like an adult when challenges arise. Very good supporting characters for the most part.

Just finished it. Started for CXX, stayed for the very satisfying romance. He's an oustanding ML who has an expressive manner, solid physique, beautiful hands and has become a new addition to my short list of expert kissers. A talent I consider very necessary for these dramas. I could quibble about some of the details of the writing. Did not like the rapprochement with his mother. Also found the theme song annoyingly repetitive.

Watching episodes 23/24 and this writing is really trying my patience. I realize dramas always want to create obstacles and tension but this manufactured relationship crisis is bullshit. If they have a strong foundation, the information she just became aware of should in no way cause her to blame the man she loves. He was a child when the accident happened. Why do these stories always insist that children are responsible for their parent's misdeeds/crimes? These fathers laying guilt trips on their offspring is gross. If this doesn't turn around soon, I'm giving up.

Only 6 episodes to go and I'm already having withdrawal syndrome. Reading all the comments in the meantime. Some are predicting a dire future for this budding romance. Please. No. I haven't enjoyed romantic partners like these for a long time. She charmes the pants of him and he kisses like he means it. More, more, more....

Hu Xiu has a smile that just doesn't quit. No wonder Zhi Yu wants to make her happy every moment of the day. Likely there will be troubled times ahead, but I hope they can weather the storm if only so we can see more of that supreme kissing. Chen Xing Xu has been added to my list (which is short) of outstanding kissers in dramaland. I was worried Pei Zhen would be evil but It's his father instead. How can Zhi Yu's mother choose to live with such a brute. She's in for a shock.

Now both of our FL's relationships are in the sh*tter. For Zhao Xiao Rou it's a grind and for Hu Xiu it's trying to stay professional when the two MLs are haggling over her every move. Pei is going for Zhi Xu's jugular at a time he's in such a dark place unable to touch the warmth she was offering him.
