Zhang Luyi just broke my heart in episode 17. 💔 His acting was so, so good, with Wu Xie feeling desperate and guilty about the massacre, right after that tiny moment of quiet and hope when he had his heart-to-heart with Zhang Haike. 😢
Also: I did NOT expect Wu Xie to inflict the injury on his forearm here, which would become the first of the 17 (if I remember correctly?) scars he has during the events of Tomb of the Sea and which would remind him forever of his failures. The realization that THIS was the beginning of him self-harming out of guilt made me almost tear up. 😭
anyone know where can i watch the lost tomb 2 ? i have been searching for a while and still don't know
You won't only find The Lost Tomb 2 for free on Youtube, but also its direct sequel, The Lost Tomb 2.5 (Heavenly Palace on the Clouds) with Bai Shu as Wu Xie. :)
For me Edward is the most book accurate Wu Xie. Wu Xie used to be naive when he was young but the while Qiling…
His introduction alone in the drama was amazing, having his story told through the eyes of an outsider made him even more human in my opinion. And then watching him slowly connect to that outsider, Li Cu, and form an emotional bond that none of them ever thought was possible at the beginning... Ahh, it was such a good show, I need to watch it again sometime. ❤

Qin Hao is my favorite Wu Xie so far. I love how dark he was, and how hopeful at the same time. Nothing broke my heart like him sitting in his car at the end and crying. 💔
This was the first role I've seen Liu Yuning in and it was really quite memorable. 😄 The funny thing is that I went in for PingXie and came out with HeiHua as a new ship; these two were just so horny for each other. 😂
Who knows why?? DMBJ seasons are always like butI am loving him....
@manichan Don't bother with that person, they're clearly here to troll us.
I think he's doing a fantastic job. Also, Wu Xie isn't THAT young here anymore, so of course he should look a bit older. :) (Although ZLY doesn't even look that old in this drama.)
I'm a bit undecided about him as Wu Xie, though.
