Was always K this shady or is it Mnet and the editing...? I get that some ranks could be shocking for the I-landers given that they didn't know what the audience's opinion was but Sunoo has a nice voice and a charming personality so...idk, I wouldn't say it was THAT unexpected (also can't the kid enjoy for 5 min being in the lead after having spent the last month in ground?). Despite this attitude tbh I'm quite satisfied with the current top 12 and as long as Jungwon debuts I'm okay with the rest of the members hahahahaha. Oh and I loved seeing Bae Yoon Jung :''')
When I think of an unexpectedly good drama I immediately think of Eulachacha Waikiki. I was looking for something to watch as it was airing and nothing really caught my attention but somehow I decided to give this a go and it became my favorite drama of 2018!
I've only watched DOTS and I thought it was entertaining but not as WOW as everyone apparently thinks it is. If you aren't enjoying it that much maybe you should drop it instead of forcing yourself to watch. For me, what kept my interest was the secondary couple and Song Joong Ki.
So: - happy to see my picks Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay and K stayed in I-land - not so happy about how this program keeps screwing the grounders. what the fuck? the drop-outs just performed and had another chance to do it and this was the grounders' only chance...but this time with 16 people!
I don't mind dropping dramas, even if I'm close to finishing them, but every once in a while I'll somehow end up watching until the end one that I know I should've dropped maaaany episodes ago.
Great article! Now I'm curious about I Live Alone. I don't watch a lot of variety tv but I quite enjoy watching Running Man, Immortal Songs and Problematic Men every now and then.
I'm happy to see that the contestants are slowly improving both skill and decision making-wise (even though the "backstabbing" is still there). Btw that ending was totally uncalled for!
This drama was just so heartwarming and wholesome. It took me a couple of episodes to become invested in the story and now it's become one of my favorites of this year.
the more I watch this show the more I feel like it's big brother but in the end they form a boy group lol. this episode made me sigh a lot with the absurd division, as if the ones in I-land are more talented than those in ground, but it seems that after their evaluation they started to realize they have to COOPERATE! (literally what the entire task was all about). also the screen time??? I don't know who half of these boys are. anyways, I complain a lot but I'm genuinely waiting for next week's episode :D
after having on hold this drama for like two months I guess I won't be finishing it...but I'll be anticipating whatever project woo do hwan acts in after he comes back from the military
What a ride...I was tense throughout the entire movie. I wouldn't say it became a fave but I really liked the actors and how blurry it became the line between acting and reality to the point they were indistinguishable. Highly recommended.
I agree with you but these points are only about the contestants rather than the show. I really like the concept…
Yes, but I'm referring more to that whoever created the show thought the contestants would act differently from what they've been doing so far (being more fair and less biased). Of course there's a long way to go, this opinion is purely based on the first two episodes and we'll have to wait and see how things develop.
Ok, so I like the theory behind this show, but the execution so far...not so much. It's entertaining to watch but I have two major complaints: - I get that these trainees are desperate to debut and they don't know each other that well yet, but is it really that hard to understand that they need to cooperate in order to form a good group? The alliances, talking behind the back, so much individualism...of course the first test went that way lol. If they keep ignoring the group's needs they won't get anywhere. - I'm tired of seeing idols who can't sing. It seems that nowadays the only thing that it's valued is dancing and ???? Of course not every single one will be a perfect all-rounder, each has their own strengths and depending on the song some things could be valued over others, but come on, at least you should be able to have a minimum singing skill (especially if you want to be the center! just saying).
Hospital Playlist has been my absolute favorite so far, I don't really like medical dramas but this one was amazing and kept me waiting every week. Btw, from where are the gifs that you used?
during the first 20 episodes, they were on screen all the time. now that other relationships are blossoming, the…
Of course it wouldn't make sense for them to get back together immediately and there needs to be some kind of conflict, but that doesn't mean the characters can't be more likable. Surely, everyone has flaws, but in this particular case theirs tend to overshadow whatever good qualities they may have, and that (at least for me) makes for a not so entertaining watch.
