Every episode is so funny and heartwarming! And the mimics of Takoi in this episode made me so much laugh! And the cuteness and jealousy on both sides! Adorable!😂😂❤️
This was a wonderful episode, but with two minus points: The AI thing gets on my nerves and the trope to study abroad again to tear a "couple" apart, really? Hm. But nevertheless, I really like this couple and how warm-hearted this whole series is!
I think one of the things that is amazing me about this show (other than how it has captured my soul) is how it…
I can only agree! There are hardly any BLs featuring comedy which is a shame. And this series is a fantastic romantc comedy with the best balance between humor and seriousness. It makes you laugh, it makes you cry. This series takes you onto an emotional trip and I love that!
Konishi has improved as an actor, and he genuinely did a good job in episode 5. There were moments when I truly…
Same here! It simply reminds me too much of "School trip" (which I loved and adored), but here they clearly should have taken some other road, it did have the potential. So I am rather disappointed. But it is still a cute series.
Is that the same path that Takoi walks in Duty First, Kiss Later? It looks really familiar😆
In what sense familiar? That both didn't love a guy before? Otherwise it is quite different in every way. Takoi's acting is way above, he has his humor sense, but he still gets the quiet and serious scenes across perfectly. For me these two series have not much in common.
Why do some of you think that “burning” love is the only acceptable form of love, especially between Japanese?
Maybe "burning love" was the wrong way to describe it. I love it also when a couple's relationship isn't just about "showing" love in a huge way. It can be be also charming when subtle things show what they mean to each other Like many people often complain about the so-called dead fish kisses in BLs. That doesn't concern me at all. I like the little gestures more than huge gestures. But in this series I somehow don't find the chemistry between them, but that's just my feeling.
In episode five, Takoi asks Shiono if he ever gets tired of eating takoyaki.“If you like something, you don’t…
I noticed exactly the same thing! I love how the series offers us various connections and allusions. In Episode 6, for example, Shionno takes Takoi’s hand (in the dream) and pulls him from the park into the bar. In the scene where the love confession takes place, it’s exactly the other way around: Takoi takes Shionno’s hand and pulls him from the bar into the park. So many wonderful, subtle allusions! 💗
I hadn't been too much of a fan of the first season - and the first episode of season 2 didn't change my impression either. I personally don't see that burning love between them, it is rather distanced all the time. I will see this new season nevertheless and am happy for those who liked already the first season! 🥰
I've found Saito Ryu's face very handsome from the start, his face really hits all the spots for a visual but…
Totally agree! Saito is truly handsome in every way, but in the end, Watanabe with his mix of clumpsyness, his intense acting and yes, his dimples goes straight into my heart!
I haven't felt this excited to watch a Japanese BL since Cherry Magic, for me it's the best Japanese BL of 2026!p.s.…
So true! Cherry Magic is always on my rewatch list! Another JBL I got excited about was last year's "School Trip" (not for everyone, I know), so I am so happy to have this series this season I can get excited about!
