I honestly didn't like it. Firstly, I know it's fiction, but even so, it's hard to swallow that no one noticed…
You should know that this already happens in most dramas (Arsenal Military Academy, A Journey to Love ...), so don’t try to use too much logic, just try to enjoy the drama as it is. Even though the plot has many holes, it’s still enjoyable to watch the romance between the leads and the fight scenes.
Although the drama is called "The Legend of the Female General", I would’ve liked to see some serious fight scenes with the ML as well, not just with the FL... Who knows, maybe we’ll actually get to see that later!
Now, after watching 20 episodes, I think the ML is one of the Yesha; he might even be the Lead. I think that on the lake, before they all died, he was told that he was also one of the Haiya survivors, and as a result, he’s now seeking revenge. Besides what I mentioned earlier (in the first episodes Yesha looked in profile exactly like ML, and later the voice was clearly ML’s), I also found his hand clenching strange when the 2FL’s maid committed suicide , and no, it wasn’t because his hand hurt from the poison, it rather seemed like he regretted that she had to kill herself and that he couldn’t do anything about it.
I paused the drama at episode 12 to let more episodes pile up so I’d have more to binge, but apparently 8 episodes in 2 days still isn’t enough. As of episode 20, it seems that Zhuge Kong Yun might not be such a good guy, according to the ML and FL. It looks like the escape of the Holy Master of Yellow Heaven might’ve actually been orchestrated by him to trap the ML. We’ll see if that’s really the case...
haters, fans of Coroner's Diary, fans of the Double'sFL.
I also really liked both dramas you mentioned, but I still wouldn’t go and give such low ratings to other dramas, especially when they don’t reflect reality.
I can’t believe people gave this drama ratings of 1, 2, and 3, it doesn’t reflect reality at all. I don’t understand why there are so many mean people, after all, the creators did put some effort into making it.
Who knows, maybe we’ll actually get to see that later!
